147 "Enterprise Commissioner Service Mechanism:" 1 "means" one enterprise, one commissioner ". The "4" refers to four specialist responsibilities, including: understanding the situation of the enterprise, pushing and interpreting policies, helping to solve problems, and safeguarding the rights and interests of the enterprise. The "7" refers to seven mechanisms, including online communication, list based services, and three "no disturbance" mechanisms for monitoring enterprise activities; There are three mechanisms for collecting appeals, efficiently handling them, and providing timely feedback, known as the "must respond" mechanism; One assessment notification mechanism.

This work manual provides detailed arrangements for the service mechanism of "147" enterprise commissioners, clarifying job responsibilities, standards, processes, and methods.
