Li Fuguo (Party Committee Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager) is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive work of the Party Committee, Working Committee, and the limited company, with specific oversight over internal auditing.
Zhao Pinjiang (Deputy Party Committee Secretary) is responsible for party and group work, united front work, team construction and management, capital operation, financial accounting management, budgeting and final accounts, asset management, and the management of holding companies. He also oversees epidemic prevention and control, vaccination, targeted assistance, and liaison with the People's Congress and Political Consultative Conference. His departments under direct management include the Party and Group Work Department, Comprehensive Service Department, Capital Operation Department, Asset Management Department, Energy Company, Water Company, Greening Company, Industrial Property Company, Chuangzong Property Company, Saide Property Company.
Liu Wei (Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary) is responsible for discipline inspection and supervision, risk control system construction, and legal affairs, assisting in internal auditing. His departments under direct management include the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department and Risk Control Management Department.
Xi Zhihua (Deputy General Manager) is responsible for matters related to Yixian Park.
Xu Kun (Deputy General Manager) is responsible for engineering planning, construction, and management, project procedure handling, special land rectification, major project task forces, financing, and debt resolution. His departments under direct management include the Project Service Center, Engineering Management Department, and Planning Management Department.
Yan Wenjie (Party Committee Member, Deputy General Manager) oversees investment promotion and economic operation, responsible for national-level comprehensive evaluations, enterprise services, government services, investment and fund management, liaising with the Wuqing "New Business District" command center, and coordinating with customs, commodity inspection, and development zone police stations. His departments under direct management include the Strategic Development Department, Smart Technology Investment Promotion Center, Biopharmaceutical Investment Promotion Center, Foreign Capital Investment Promotion Center, Service Industry Investment Promotion Center, "New Business District" Special Service Task Force, Enterprise Service Department, and Government Service Center.
Wang Yu (Deputy General Manager) is responsible for investment promotion, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, economic operation, science and technology talent services, and the work of Qiaomengyuan and Liuchuangyuan. His departments under direct management include the Rail Transit Investment Promotion Center, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Investment Promotion Center, Economic Operation Department, Science and Technology Talent Department, and Beijing-Tianjin Talent Company.
Yuan Guangwei (Deputy General Manager) is responsible for safety production, petition and stability, emergency response, city management, and bidding and procurement. His departments under direct management include the Petition and Conflict Resolution Center, Bidding and Procurement Department, Safety Management Department, and City Management Department.
All leaders are required to fulfill their primary responsibilities according to the principle of "one position with two responsibilities," effectively managing team construction, safety production, petition and stability, and integrity construction within their respective domains and departments while carrying out their business duties.
