Wang Jibin (Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board) Presides over the overall work of the Party Committee.
Wei Jiandong (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager) Presides over the overall work of the Company and is in charge of internal audit work.
Zhao Pinjiang (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee) Responsible for Party building, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, women's federations, united front work, team building, personnel management, risk control system development, legal affairs, asset management, project procedure handling, engineering construction and management, special land rectification, major project task force, and paired assistance work. Assists in internal audit and Yixian Park work. Liaises with the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and coordinates relevant work with various towns and subdistricts. Responsible for the Party and Mass Work Department, Comprehensive Service Department, Project Management Department, and Tianjin Youdatong Operation Management Co., Ltd.
Liu Wei (Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission) Responsible for discipline inspection and supervision work, and assists in Party affairs work.Responsible for the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department.
Xi Zhihua (Deputy General Manager) Is in charge of the relevant work of Yixian Park.
Fu Ligang (Chief Accountant) Responsible for coordinating capital operations and debt financing/refinancing work; responsible for financial accounting management, external auditing, financial supervision, and other financial work; responsible for cost evaluation, bidding and procurement, and management of holding companies; coordinates tax work.Responsible for the Capital Operations Department, Bidding and Procurement Department, Tianjin Wuqing Development Area Heating Co., Ltd., Tianjin Wuqing Development Area Water Supply Co., Ltd., Tianjin Wuqing Development Area Industrial Property Co., Ltd., Tianjin Chuangzong Property Management Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Side Property Service Co., Ltd.
Wang Yu (Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager) Responsible for coordinating investment promotion and national-level comprehensive evaluation work; oversees investment promotion, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, the Overseas Chinese Dream Park, and the Overseas Students Pioneer Park.Responsible for the Strategic Planning Department, Intelligent Technology Investment Promotion Department, Foreign Investment Promotion Department, and Coordinated Development Investment Promotion Department.
Yuan Guangwei (Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager) Responsible for coordinating economic operation work; responsible for technology talent services, enterprise services, urban management, work safety, petition and stability maintenance, emergency response, and people's armed forces work; coordinates work with customs and the Development Area police station. Responsible for the Technology and Talent Department, Enterprise Service Department, Urban Management Department, and Comprehensive Governance Department.
Leng Xinxin (Deputy General Manager) Responsible for investment, fund management, and investment promotion; assists in capital operations and debt financing/refinancing work. Responsible for Tianjin Youda Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., the Bio-Medicine Investment Promotion Department, and Tianjin Youda Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.
