The third is to focus on implementing the "Five Modernizations" project, including quality upgrading, digital empowerment, integrated development, green transformation, and international expansion, to accelerate the improvement of the development level of modern service industry.
Mainly including: improving the city's service industry work promotion system, comprehensively strengthening departmental coordination and top-down linkage. Comprehensively enhance the development level of the service industry in the central urban area and Binhai New Area.
