In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau on the nomination work of the 2023 Tianjin Science and Technology Award, in order to complete the nomination work of the science and technology award in our district with high standards and high quality, the specific work is arranged as follows, and the town and street of the park are requested to notify and organize the enterprises in the area to do a good job in the award application.
1, science and technology award application units pre-collection
The 2023 Tianjin Science and Technology Awards shall implement the nomination system, and the quota nomination shall be carried out in accordance with the Implementation Plan of the 2023 Tianjin Science and Technology Awards Nomination System (Annex 1). Units interested in applying for science and technology awards are kindly requested to fill in the pre-application form (Attachment 3) and submit it on June 30, 2017: The electronic version of the pre-application form and the scanned copy of the seal shall be fed back to the email address of the District Science and Technology Bureau (wqqkjjgyk tj.gov.cn) and the copy to the email address of the Science and Technology Talent Department of the Development Zone (wqkfqkjfwb tj.gov.cn) before 00. The email name shall be uniformly named as "Applicant name + award type + grade". The District science and Technology Bureau will organize the initial evaluation and select the best to the municipal science and Technology Bureau for nomination, and the units that fail to submit the pre-declaration form after the deadline will not accept their awards for this year.
2. Nomination publicity procedures
Tianjin Science and Technology Award nomination project publicity requirements refer to the "2023 Tianjin Science and Technology Award Nomination Work Manual" (Annex 2), the nominated project must be publicized in the project\'s main completion unit and the main completion unit, the publicity time is not less than 7 natural days, before July 28 to complete the publicity procedure and no objections can be nominated. The content of publicity of the project in the main completion unit and the unit where the main completion person is located shall mainly include: project name, nomination award type and grade, main completion unit, main completion person, nominee, project introduction, main technical support materials, etc.

Before August 4, the publicity documents, publicity photos, the signed and stamped scanned copies of the "Tianjin Science and Technology Award Winner Scientific Research Integrity Commitment" (Annex 4), "2023 Tianjin Science and Technology Award Application Project Publicity and Research integrity Review Description" (Annex 5), and the integrity inquiry results of the main completion units and main completion people will be sent to the District Science and Technology Bureau email (w qqkjjgyk tj.gov.cn) and cc to the Development Zone Science and Technology Talent Department email (wqkfqkjfwb tj.gov.cn).
Iii. How and requirements to fill in the nomination form
Tianjin science and technology reward management information system (https://kjjl.kxjs.tj.gov.cn) will be open at 9 on July 5, please candidate project main complete units or persons involved login system provided online, and on August 4, 17: The nomination form shall be completed and submitted before 00, and the scanned copy of the recommendation letter stamped with the official seal of the town and street of the Park (Attachment 6) shall be sent to the email address of the District Science and Technology Bureau (wqqkjjgyk tj.gov.cn) and the copy to the email address of the Science and Technology Talent Department of the Development Zone (wqkfqkjfwb tj.gov.cn). Starting from August 5, the District Science and Technology Bureau will organize experts to conduct preliminary examination of the proposed nominated projects at the district level, and failure to submit the nomination letter after the deadline will be regarded as giving up the annual award.
4. Submission requirements for paper nomination materials
2 copies of paper nomination letter (1 is 1 copy) and recommendation letter stamped with official seal of Park Town Street submitted by Park Town Street uniformly to the municipal assessment of the project (Annex 6); Projects that fail to pass the evaluation need not submit a paper nomination. The submission time of paper materials will be notified separately.
5. Relevant requirements
1. Tianjin Science and Technology Award does not accept projects involving secrets and other items not suitable for public disclosure.
2. For projects nominated for Natural Science Awards, the representative papers or monographs listed should be published in official journals or published for more than one year (published or published before June 30, 2022); For the projects nominated for Technological Invention Award and Science and Technology Progress Award, the overall technology should be implemented and applied for more than one year (applied before June 30, 2022).
The first winner of the Grand Prize and first prize of the Tianjin Natural Science Award, Technological Invention Award and Science and Technology Progress Award in 2022 cannot be the first winner of the nominated projects of the Tianjin Natural Science Award, Technological Invention Award and Science and Technology Progress Award in this year.
4. The same project has been nominated for two consecutive years without winning, and the project has been suspended for one year.
5. The main completion unit and the main completion person of the nominated project shall make scientific research contributions to the project, and provide supporting materials to prove the corresponding cooperation relationship.
6. The achievements nominated for the 2023 Tianjin Science and Technology Award shall be registered as required.

8. For projects nominated for Natural Science Award and Technological Invention Award, the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award must be passed by the initial evaluation of the project to produce multimedia introduction materials.
Multimedia introduction materials include PPT video version and PPT version, the aspect ratio is recommended 16:9, shall not add background music, shall not appear presenter screen.
PPT video format requirements: the production of wmv format, the file size does not exceed 300MB, the playback time does not exceed 5 minutes, recorded by the first three adults, the inserted video containing professional dubbing generally does not exceed 10% of the total time.
ppt format requirements:.ppTX or.PPT format, do not add dubbing, do not need to play automatically.
Nominated project main completion units or main completion, please log in Tianjin Science and Technology Award Management information system online before September 8 to submit the natural Science Award, technological Invention Award project multimedia introduction materials. Failure to submit within the time limit shall be deemed as abandonment of participation in the review.
The first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award will be submitted through the multimedia introduction materials of the project.
