In order to strengthen the management of the technology market, widely publicize the preferential policies of technology contract identification and registration, and ensure the smooth completion of the 2023 technology contract identification and registration task in our district, a technology contract identification and registration training meeting is scheduled to be held on February 28, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Training time and place
February 28 (Tuesday) at 9:20 am, D1 Building, International Enterprise Community, Wuqing Development Zone.
2. Training content
Technical contract identification registration preferential policy interpretation and processing process
Speaker: Municipal Science and Technology Bureau related experts
3. Training objects
There are a total of 60 people in charge of science and technology staff in towns and streets of each park, persons in charge of some key enterprises in the area and persons in charge of technology transfer institutions in the area.
4. Relevant requirements
(1) The amount of technology contract identification registration has been included in the indicators of science and technology innovation evaluation in the district for three consecutive years, and the towns and streets of the park should attach great importance to it, and must actively organize key R&D enterprises and enterprises undertaking large-scale R&D design projects to attend the meeting.
(2) At least one staff member from each town and street of the park will attend the meeting, and technology transfer agencies within the area will be organized to attend the meeting.
(3) Enterprises in the park are kindly requested to submit the feedback form before 5:00 p.m. on February 27 to the Science and Technology Talent Department of the Development Zone email wqkfqkjfwb tj.gov.cn.
