Enterprises in the Park:
In order to further implement the "Talent Policy of Wuqing District" (Jinwu Talent Group (2022) No. 3), in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Talent Identification Service of Wuqing District (Trial)" (Jinwu Talent Organization Office (2022) No. 3), the work of 2023 Wuqing District enjoys the independent identification of talent supporting enterprises is now carried out. Notice of relevant matters is as follows:
1. Support objects and declaration conditions
(1) Supporting objects.
Entities in line with the "1+4" leading industries and the relevant catalog direction of the six industrial innovation platforms. Recommend according to the enterprise\'s technical level, development prospect, comprehensive contribution degree, etc. Focus on supporting outstanding enterprises that have introduced new high-level talents since 2022 and need corresponding policy support.
(2) Declaration conditions.
(1) The applicant must be registered for at least one year, the registration place and tax belong to Wuqing Development Zone, with independent legal personality, in line with the leading industry direction of Wuqing Development Zone, carrying out scientific and technological research and development, intelligent manufacturing or public services of the entity enterprise normal operation, no violations of laws and regulations.
(2) An enterprise registered for more than three years must also meet one of the following conditions when meeting Article 1:
1. The enterprise is a national high-tech enterprise, with a business income of not less than 5 million yuan, and has more than one invention patent;
2. The tax amount (economic contribution) reached more than 10 million yuan in the previous year, and maintained good business growth;
3. Have provincial and municipal level and above science and technology talent innovation platform projects;
4. Second and third level headquarters enterprises of central and state-owned enterprises.
(3) Enterprises registered for more than one year and less than three years, the technical level of enterprises in the subdivision industry is leading, the concentration of scientific and technological talents is high, and the leading talents who preside over the project research and development and the transformation of results are leading investment projects supported by the leading industries in the development zone.
(3) Application materials.
1. Declaration Form for enterprises supporting talent independent recognition in Wuqing District (in duplicate);
2. Wuqing District enjoys the summary of talent independent recognition and support enterprises;
3. Application of enterprise attachment materials, including:
(1) A copy of the business license of the enterprise;
(2) The technical level of the enterprise in the subdivided industry ranks in the country and the city related certification materials or honorary certificates;
(3) The company has leading talents and talent team related materials;
(4) Enterprise high and new certificates, invention patent certificates and other qualification certificates;
(5) Tax payment certificate of the previous year;
(6) Other relevant supporting materials.
(4) Deadline
The deadline for submission is February 10, 2023. All enterprises in the park shall send the Declaration Form of Enterprises Supporting the Independent Recognition of Talents in Wuqing District and the Summary Form of Recommended Enterprises Supporting the Independent Recognition of Talents in Wuqing District to email wqkfqkjfwb tj.gov.cn before February 9, which can be edited electronically. Overdue declaration materials will no longer be accepted.
2. Procedure steps
(1) Organizing the declaration. The park shall organize enterprises to declare according to the Implementation Rules for Talent Identification Service of Wuqing District (Trial) (Jinwu Talent Organization Office (2022) No. 3).
(2) Qualification examination. The park shall conduct a preliminary review of the application materials of the enterprises recommended to enjoy the policy, select the best recommendations according to the materials submitted by the enterprises, and draw up a list of recommended enterprises.
