1. Types of declaration
Academician workstation refers to academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (hereinafter referred to as academicians) and their teams and enterprises to establish academician workstation units (hereinafter referred to as station construction units) in order to achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation and establish a long-term stable industry-university-research cooperation platform.
Academician and expert collaborative innovation center refers to the establishment of academician and expert collaborative innovation center units (hereinafter referred to as building center units) and top talents (Nobel Prize winners in physics, chemistry, physiology or medicine, Graf Prize, Wolf Prize, Taylor Prize, Fields Prize, Wittleson Prize, Turing Prize, Lasker Prize and other international awards winners, academicians of both houses, Academicians from developed countries or members of authoritative international academic institutions) to carry out project cooperation and jointly promote the innovation and development of key industries or scientific and technological fields of our city\'s industry-university-research cooperation platform.
2. Declaration conditions
(1) Basic conditions for the establishment of academician workstations
1. The establishment unit is registered in Tianjin, generally with independent legal personality, mainly enterprises, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, hospitals, parks, science and technology business incubators, societies and other non-enterprise units can also apply.
2. The operation is in good condition, with the annual investment of scientific research funds of enterprises as the main body of the site not less than 3 million yuan or not less than 3.2% of the total revenue of the main business, and the annual investment of scientific research funds of other types of site construction subjects not less than 500,000 yuan. A research team with a research institution or strong technological innovation ability, with no less than 10 researchers. It can provide necessary scientific research, living conditions and other logistics support for cooperative academicians and their teams to work in the station.
3. The site construction unit and the academicians in the relevant fields sign a site construction agreement with a cooperation period of 3 years or more, and have a clear task of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation cooperation. The establishment of academician workstations signed by academicians must comply with the relevant provisions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council on Further Carrying forward the Spirit of Scientists and Strengthening the Construction of Style and Style of Study and other documents.
(2) The basic conditions for establishing a collaborative innovation center for academicians and experts

2. 3. The center building unit must have academician and expert collaborative innovation center construction objectives, implementation plans and specific technological innovation projects to promote the innovation and development of key industries or scientific and technological fields of the city, and be consistent with the business field of the center building unit. Carry out major project cooperation with one or more top talents in related fields every year (Nobel Prize winners in physics, chemistry, physiology or medicine, winners of international awards such as Graf Prize, Wolf Prize, Taylor Prize, Fields Prize, Wittleson Prize, Turing Prize, Lasker Prize, academicians of both houses of Congress, academicians of developed countries or members of authoritative international academic institutions).
(3) Priority conditions
Units that meet one of the following conditions may give priority to the establishment of academician workstations or academician expert collaborative innovation centers:
1. Academician workstation or academician expert collaborative innovation center has been built, and the project acceptance has passed.
2. "Science and Technology Board" listed enterprises.
3. Identified as national or municipal high-tech enterprises, eagle enterprises, gazelle enterprises, science and technology leading enterprises and science and technology leading cultivation enterprises, "specialized and special new" small and medium-sized enterprises.
4. It has established municipal and above engineering (technology) research centers, key laboratories, enterprise technology centers and other scientific research carriers.
5. Undertaking major national or Tianjin projects.
6. Establish an association for Science and technology.
3. Recommendation channels
1. The Science and Technology Association of each district of this City is responsible for organizing and recommending relevant units in the region to apply for recognition of academician workstation or academician expert collaborative innovation center.
2. The Municipal Industrial Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance and the affiliated society of the Municipal Science and Technology Association can recommend member units and member units to apply for recognition of academician workstation or academician expert collaborative innovation center.
3. Municipal management enterprises, central enterprises and institutions in Tianjin can directly apply for recognition of academician workstation or academician expert collaborative innovation center.
