The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Scope of review
All kinds of employers within the administrative area of Wuqing Development Zone (including all kinds of enterprises, institutions, individual industrial and commercial households, branches, etc.), have been selected by the Tianjin Human Society Law Enforcement Corps, except employers.

September 1, 2022 to November 4, 2022
Review procedures
(1) Self-examination and self-correction, standardized management
From the date of the promulgation of this notice, the employer shall conduct self-examination of the employment, wage payment and social insurance contributions of the enterprise, and fill in the Written Review Report on Labor Security truthfully as required.
(2) Submit materials for examination and registration
After the completion of the self-examination, the employer shall fill in the written Review Report on Labor Security and the Registration Form of Employer\'s Compliance with Labor Security Laws and Regulations before November 4, 2022, stamp the official seal and submit it to the Human Resources Department of Wuqing Development Zone (1st floor, 18 Fuyuan Road).
(3) Relevant tips
1. Any employer that has passed the written examination of labor security in 2021 or has been named as an enterprise with harmonious labor relations at or above the district level only needs to fill in the Written Examination Report of Labor Security in 2022 and submit it, in principle, only for identification and registration;
2. Any employer that does not participate in or pass the 2021 written review and is not an enterprise with harmonious labor relations, in addition to filling out the complete 2022 Written Review Report on Labor Security, should also submit the following materials (all need to be stamped with official seal) (1 copy of each) : (1) A copy of the business license; (2) Detailed salary of the previous month as of the date of formal submission of materials; (3) Notice of social insurance payment last month as of the date of formal submission of materials; (4) Copies of all employees\' Employment and Labor Contract Registration Register (Jin Louden Word No. 6).
3. The data involved in the first item of "Labor Employment Situation" and the second item of "Labor Contract Situation" in the second part of the "Labor Security Written Review Report" shall be filled in according to the information of the month submitted; The data involved in item 4 "Social Insurance Payment Situation" shall be filled in according to the information of the month submitted.
Iv. Review comments
Written review opinions are divided into three types: qualified, qualified after rectification and unqualified. Labor security law-abiding integrity level is divided into A, B, C levels.
5. Review requirements
All types of employers in Wuqing Development Zone shall participate in the written review of labor security in 2022, truthfully fill in and submit the written review materials, and the labor security supervision Department of Wuqing District will investigate and punish the employers who refuse to participate in the written review or refuse to rectify the requirements of this notice in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Security Supervision Regulations.
