The 2022 Zhongguancun Forum Exhibition is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Engineering, the China Association for Science and Technology, and the Beijing Municipal People\'s Government. With the theme of "Openness and Cooperation, Sharing the Future", and adhering to the "four aspects", the Expo focused on showcasing new breakthroughs in basic research and original innovation, new driving forces of high-tech industries, new ecology of new technology application, and new patterns of open cooperation, highlighting the fruitful achievements of global scientific and technological innovation and exchanges and cooperation.
In order to implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, through the form of summit forum, publicity, exhibition, negotiation and promotion, focus on the development of high-tech enterprises in our city and high-tech products, scientific and technological achievements transformation and other aspects of the results, to help our city science and technology enterprises brand promotion, drive industrial optimization and upgrading, is now to carry out the recruitment of exhibitors.
I. Exhibition time and place
Time: September 22 (Thu) - 27 (Tue), 2022
Venue: Beijing National Convention Center
Ii. Exhibitors and exhibits
(A) Exhibitors: national high-tech enterprises, Tianjin Gazelle, leading (nurturing) enterprises, new research and development institutions.
(2) Publicity and display: The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development results in collaborative innovation driven by mechanisms, resource agglomeration driven by platforms, open integration driven by innovation, and collaborative research driven by key projects.
(3) Product display: innovative achievements and products with independent intellectual property rights in key fields such as intelligent science and technology, biomedicine, new energy and new materials, and other characteristic projects with high technological content.
3. Exhibition registration
The exhibitor who intends to register for the exhibition shall provide the corresponding exhibition materials: 1. Introduction of the exhibitor and the exhibition project (about 500 words); 2. 2-3 pictures of the display board (JPG format, each > 500K); 3. Application Form (see attachment). Please send the above materials to the email address: madongsheng@tj.gov.cn before 17:00 August 14. The municipal Science and Technology Bureau will screen the registered projects.
Iv. Exhibition fees
(1) For the projects included in the municipal exhibition group after screening, the booth fee and special installation fee shall be borne by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.
(2) Transportation and accommodation expenses of participants shall be borne by themselves.
5. Requirements for safety prevention and control during the epidemic
(1) Strengthen the management of exhibitors. Exhibitors shall conduct health checks for their own personnel and report health information as required. Participants are required to provide a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
(2) Implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the exhibition. Strictly control the flow of people, voluntarily accept temperature detection, show health code, provide nucleic acid test certificate, wear masks scientifically, maintain social distancing, and do a good job of self-protection.
