In order to improve the transformation service system of scientific and technological achievements, accelerate the upgrading and transformation of Tianjin Scientific and technological Achievements Exhibition and Trading Operation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Exhibition Center"), fully demonstrate the achievements of independent innovation, reform and innovation and support economic and social development of Tianjin in the new era, and build the exhibition center into a demonstration of scientific and technological innovation level and industrial innovation ability of Tianjin. And a window to carry out foreign cooperation and exchanges, and publicize the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. The city is now soliciting scientific and technological achievements for exhibition, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Scope of collection
The focus is on major projects, new achievements, new technologies and new products with high scientific and technological level, outstanding economic and social benefits, strong demonstration and significant leading role in the "1+3+4" industrial fields such as intelligent science and technology, biomedics, new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, aerospace, automotive and petrochemical industries in our city in recent years. The exhibition results will be displayed at the exhibition center at home and abroad.
Exhibitors can carry out free activities such as project roadshow, achievement promotion, supply and demand docking in the exhibition center, and give priority to participate in large-scale science and technology exhibition activities organized by Tianjin science and technology delegation to foreign provinces and cities, and enjoy special services such as technical manager professional docking, technical contract identification registration, scientific and technological achievement registration, science and technology policy interpretation, science and technology financial docking, and legal consultation.
2. Content requirements
The results include projects and exhibits.
Project refers to the development projects and major technologies with high scientific and technological content, outstanding economic and social benefits, and significant leading role. Participating projects need to provide "text materials + pictures", optionally provide video, model.
Exhibits refer to products that have reached the pilot test stage and above, with high scientific and technological content and obvious advantages. Exhibits need to provide "text materials + pictures + real objects/models", optionally provide video.
The material requirements are as follows:
(1) Written materials. Explain the advanced nature, innovation, application fields, as well as the significance and influence of the application of the results in popular language, data, charts, etc., within 500 words.
(2) Pictures of achievements. Each recommendation must provide 2-4 pictures, must be a high-resolution electronic file, more than 10 million pixels, including the results and the unit LOGO.
(3) Photos of real objects or models. Please take a photo of the object or model (one from each of the front, side and top angles), and attach a description of the photo content (including the object/model name, size, weight and other parameters). If the model has not yet been made, the model renderings and related parameters can be provided. If the product is small or a series of products, you can send booth photos containing multiple products.
(4) Video materials. It must be an uncompressed version, preferably in high definition (1280*720), and the length of each video does not exceed 5 minutes.
3. Submission of materials
(a) Each recommended unit (district science and technology departments or legal entities) fill in the "Tianjin Science and Technology Achievements Information Form" (Annex 1), each result information form and related materials (text description, photos, videos, physical/model photos) placed in a folder, in accordance with the "industry field + unit name" format named, such as: "new energy and new materials +** company". The electronic version of the summarized outcome document is placed in a folder named after the scientific and technological authorities or legal entities. Please send the folder together with the Summary of Tianjin Scientific and Technological Achievements (Annex 2) to zhangming02@tj.gov.cn before August 19, 2022.
(2) The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will organize relevant experts to select according to the exhibition requirements of the exhibition center. If the selection is passed, the time for submitting the physical exhibits shall be notified separately.
(3) All exhibitors should pay attention to intellectual property protection, scientific and technological confidentiality and other matters, submitted scientific and technological achievements and materials should be clear and open to the public.
