1. Evaluation scope

3. Specific arrangements
(1) The applicant submits the application. The employer shall submit the application materials to the competent business department before July 15.

(4) Review publicity. The professional title review office accepts the materials submitted by the competent business department, and according to the number of applicants, the peer review experts are selected online and held a review meeting, and the passed personnel are publicized after the review.
(5) Obtain electronic certificates. If there is no objection to the publicity, the evaluation results will be announced in the title evaluation information system, and an electronic title certificate will be generated, which can be downloaded and printed online by the reviewer.
