In order to further promote the healthy Wuqing action, help the construction of the national health promotion area, advocate a healthy and civilized lifestyle, further broaden and deepen the health education work in the region, improve the level of public health literacy, promote social harmony and progress, and consolidate the achievements of the creation of "healthy families" in previous years. In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of Wuqing District People\'s Government Office on printing and distributing the Work Plan for Building a National Health Promotion Area in Wuqing District" (Wuqing Government Office [2020] No. 12), the Office of the Leading Group of the District\'s Building a Health Promotion Area has organized relevant member units to continue to carry out the 2022 healthy family construction selection activities across the region, and the plan is formulated as follows:
I. Purpose and significance
To carry out healthy family building activities with the goal of spreading health knowledge, guiding residents to develop good health habits and lifestyles, improving public health literacy and advocating a healthy and civilized lifestyle, through healthy family building activities,
Create everyone\'s participation and household action, form a strong atmosphere for all people to pay attention to health, advocate health, pursue health, and enjoy health, and help Wuqing District to build a national health promotion area.
2. Healthy family standards
(1) The home is clean and tidy, with sufficient light and good ventilation;
(2) toilet hygiene, garbage placement, civilized raising of livestock and pets;
(3) Take the initiative to learn health knowledge and establish health concepts;
(4) to develop good living habits and pay attention to personal hygiene;
(5) Reasonable diet, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction;
(6) moderate exercise, psychological balance;
(7) Regular physical examination and scientific medical treatment;
(8) eugenic and eugenic, loving and respecting the elderly;
(9) Family harmony, advocating public morality;
(10) Neighbors help each other and support public welfare.

Iv. Scope of selection
(1) Families who have lived in the District for more than 6 months can register; ginseng
The maximum age of competition members is 70 years old; The number of applicants per family is not limited, but all participants are guaranteed to participate;
(2) At least 5 families shall be selected from each town street to participate in the selection. Families that have participated in previous years and won the title of "Healthy Family" will not be repeated this year

5. Selection method
This selection activity will take the form of online, through the selection of two links of audition, online questions and voting, in the whole region to select the "district-level healthy family" honorary title winners, excellent performance recommended to participate in the municipal "healthy family" selection activities.
Families are required to provide text information about their families, video of nutritious meals, video of healthy talent and at least 5 photos of family activities (horizontal version), and fill out the "Recommendation form" (see Attachment 2). The submitted materials should reflect the candidate family\'s ideas and actions in terms of health, and the content should be concise and to the point.
(1) Audition
1. Family briefing. The content of the family briefing should focus on the ten standards of healthy families, and can be integrated into family health concepts and family COVID-19 prevention and control content, such as: proper hand washing, wearing masks, and household cleaning. It can use text, video, audio, pictures and other forms to promote innovation. The text must be no less than 100 words.
2. Display of nutritious meals. Reflect the family\'s daily eating habits, the theme is unlimited. Submit the presentation, production video and photos of the finished product, including the preparation of the ingredients and cooking process.
3. Health Talent Show (within 5 minutes). The content revolves around health, the form is not limited, sports, performance, skill display can be. The presentation can be done individually or by the whole family. The video quality and sound should be clear and stable, and there should be no content that endangers national interests or causes adverse social impact.
Healthy family activities require all member units to vigorously promote, mainly launched in the town street, other units to actively participate, according to the selection criteria, through self-recommendation or recommendation of two ways, strictly check the recommended families, and help fill in the selection and recommendation form, each town street at least 5 groups of families to participate. The above three scores are ranked from highest to lowest, and the top 50 families will enter the online answer and voting process.
(2) Online answering and voting
1. Health questions and answers. The content of the topic refers to 66 health literacy, 42 traditional Chinese medicine health literacy, first aid knowledge, novel coronavirus prevention and control knowledge, STD, AIDS knowledge, etc. Participating families learn the above health knowledge and answer questions online. The screenshots of this part of the score (including their wechat ID and wechat name) were sent to the staff of the CDC.
2. Online voting. Adhering to the principle of openness and transparency, the videos of family introduction, nutritional diet display and health talent display will be released on the wechat public platform, and online voting will be launched, and the votes will be counted in the total score according to the prescribed proportion.
(3) Scoring rules
Family introduction: 20 points;
Nutrition diet display: 25 points;
Health Talent Show: 25 points;
Online answer: 20 points;
Online voting: 10 points.
The Healthy Family Life Show will be graded by professionals. Online questions and voting will be notified by the district CDC of the specific time, the results of each link will be in

The comprehensive scores will be ranked from highest to lowest, and the top 50 families will be awarded the title of "district-level healthy families". Comprehensive healthy family winners in previous years, those with excellent performance are recommended to participate in the municipal "healthy family" selection activities.
6. Media publicity
All units use electronic display, publicity bar, wechat and other media to publicize and mobilize in public places, issue the healthy family proposal (Annex 1), popularize health knowledge, clarify the evaluation criteria, call on the majority of residents to actively participate in the healthy family construction and selection activities, publicize the activities in an all-round way, and encourage families who are willing to sign up to participate voluntarily. After the competition, multi-angle, multi-form and multi-platform publicity will be carried out.
Vii. Job Responsibilities and requirements
1. Strengthen organizational management. Healthy family work is an important part of the construction of national health promotion areas, into the national health promotion area evaluation standards, need to be taken seriously by all units, combined with the actual work, and solidly promote the construction of healthy families in an orderly manner.
2. Strengthen coordination and interaction. All units should combine the construction of healthy families with the construction of healthy communities/healthy villages and health promotion agencies, strengthen the coordination and linkage of departments, perform their duties and fulfill their responsibilities, form a joint work, and jointly complete the construction of healthy families and select excellent families to participate in the selection activities.
