Tianjin enterprise management modernization innovation achievements verification and promotion activities since 1990, has been approved and released for 28 sessions, a total of more than 1,000 Tianjin enterprise management modernization innovation achievements, 77 achievements have been approved as national achievements, including 1 special prize, 9 first prizes, 67 second prizes. It has played an important role in promoting the improvement of management ability and innovative development of enterprises in our city. In 2022, Tianjin enterprise management modernization innovation results examination and promotion activities continue to be under the guidance of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, SASAC, Tianjin Enterprise Management modernization Innovation Results Examination Committee is responsible for the organization and implementation.
In order to do a good job in the declaration and approval of the achievements of the 29th enterprise management modernization innovation in Tianjin, and at the same time do a good job in the recommendation of the achievements of the 29th national enterprise management modernization innovation, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. The results of this session should be closely combined with the current new situation, new tasks and new requirements of the city\'s economic and social development, focusing on the latest management practices of the enterprise in the complete, accurate and comprehensive implementation of the new development concept, in-depth implementation of the city\'s "14th Five-Year Plan", vigorously carrying forward the excellent entrepreneurial spirit, and promoting the high-quality development of enterprises, highlighting the following key points: Steady growth and innovative development, stable chain and "double cycle" construction, "specialized and new" enterprise cultivation and world-class enterprise construction, digital transformation and intelligent upgrading, implementation of major national projects and complex system engineering management, enterprise innovation consortium construction and key core technology breakthrough, business model innovation and strategic emerging industry development, deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and Chinese characteristics Modern enterprise system construction, mixed ownership reform and talent incentive, organizational reform and management and control mode adjustment, Belt and Road cooperation and international business cooperation, green and low-carbon development and "double carbon" management, prevention and solution of major risks and compliance management, cost reduction and efficiency improvement and quality improvement, carrying forward artisan spirit and brand cultivation, new urbanization and rural revitalization, "double innovation" and China Small and micro enterprise development.
Second, the recommended units shall comply with the provisions of the "Measures for the Examination and Release of Tianjin Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Results" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), strive to explore excellent management innovation experience, write the main report on the results based on the summary of successful management experience, carefully fill in the results report, and truthfully calculate and elaborate the results and benefits.
Third, the declaration of results adhere to the principle of voluntary enterprise and the recommendation of the competent department (supervisor or industry association, etc.), and the verification of results adhere to the principle of fairness, justice and openness.
The results declared by the enterprise must have been implemented for more than one year as of June 30, 2022, and have achieved good results.
5. The deadline for application of the results is November 15, 2022. The enterprises applying for the results should contact the Research Department of Tianjin Enterprise Federation/Entrepreneurs Association as soon as possible. On the basis of the examination and approval of the municipal results, the qualified municipal results will be recommended to participate in the national results examination. In view of the fact that the deadline for national results declaration is September 30 of each year, all enterprises that declare national results must submit the topic selection and the first draft of the main report to the Research Department of Tianjin Enterprise Federation/Entrepreneur Association before June 20, in order to review the declaration and recommend the high-quality implementation of the submission work.
