In order to further implement the work deployment on quality research in the Guiding Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council on Carrying out Quality Improvement Actions and the Implementation Opinions of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Tianjin Municipal People\'s Government on Accelerating the Strategy of Promoting Quality in the City and Carrying out Quality Improvement Actions, In accordance with the requirements of the Office of Tianjin Quality Work Leading Group to organize the declaration of quality research projects in 2022, the relevant matters of the declaration are hereby notified as follows:
1. Work objectives
1. Improve the production process, reduce product defects, increase production efficiency, overcome technical difficulties, and promote the improvement of quality and technology level.
2. Optimize service process, improve user satisfaction, solve quality management problems, and improve service quality.
3. Improve energy-saving technology, improve resource utilization, reduce pollutant emissions, and achieve energy saving, environmental protection, and production safety goals.
4. Adopt new products, new processes, new materials, new equipment and new methods to break through key problems and promote independent innovation.
2. Key areas
We will focus on supporting 12 key industrial chains, including Xinchuang, high-end equipment, integrated circuits, Internet of vehicles, new energy, aerospace, new materials, automobiles and new energy vehicles, biomedicine, traditional Chinese medicine, green petrochemical, and light textile, to carry out quality research activities, so as to promote quality improvement and promote industrial development.
3. Submit requirements
Please submit the stamped version and word version of 2022 Tianjin Quality Research Project Declaration Form (see Annex 1) and 2022 Tianjin Quality Research Project Declaration Summary Form (see Annex 2) to the designated email address before April 26.
