Since 2003, the Institute has released the Top 100 Tianjin Enterprises and its analysis report to the society for the 19th consecutive year. This work has been widely concerned and affirmed by the government departments, the business community, the press and other sectors of society, which has enhanced the visibility of enterprises at home and abroad, promoted the construction of enterprises\' soft power, enhanced the market competitiveness of enterprises, and been generally valued and welcomed by enterprises.
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th Party Congress and the 19th plenary session, implement the outline spirit of the national "14th Five-Year Plan", in accordance with the fundamental requirements of high-quality development of the municipal Party Committee and municipal government, guide the city\'s enterprises to deeply understand the opportunities and challenges facing the new development stage, implement the new development concept, fully participate in the construction of a new development pattern, continue to become stronger, better and bigger, Continuously improve international competitiveness. According to the unified deployment of China Enterprise Federation and China Enterprise Association, Tianjin Enterprise Federation and Entrepreneur Association will continue to carry out the ranking analysis of the Top 100 Tianjin Enterprises in 2022 and the ranking analysis and recommendation of the Top 500 Chinese enterprises. At the same time, we will base on the business income of enterprises in strategic emerging industries (hereinafter referred to as "Zhanxin"). To the China Enterprise Confederation, entrepreneurs association to recommend the application of "China\'s Top 100 strategic Emerging industries Leading enterprises". The relevant matters are arranged as follows:
1. Declaration Instructions
The ranking analysis of the Top 100 Tianjin Enterprises in 2022 is in line with the ranking analysis of the Top 500 Chinese enterprises, and the unified declaration form is the "Declaration Form of the Top 100 Tianjin Enterprises in 2022 and the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises in 2022" (see Annex I), and the declaring enterprises carefully fill in the declaration form in strict accordance with the instructions in Annex III.
2. Eligibility for declaration
All enterprises registered in Tianjin area with business revenue of more than 3 billion yuan (RMB) in 2021 (including 3 billion yuan). It does not include administrative companies and various asset management companies, but includes enterprises registered overseas, whose investment subject is a Chinese natural or legal person, and whose main business is in China.
A holding subsidiary or relative holding subsidiary belonging to a group company is only allowed to report because its financial statements can eventually be consolidated into the financial statements of the parent company of the group.
3. Submission of application materials
The ranking of top 100 enterprises in Tianjin shall be declared by enterprises independently, and the declaration form shall be printed by computer. If you fill in by hand, you must write clearly and neatly, and complete the relevant data according to the instructions. In order to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the data, the reporting enterprises are required to provide a copy of the 2021 relevant consolidated financial statements confirmed by the accounting firm or audit institution (including the firm\'s stamp sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet). If it fails to provide, it is necessary to submit materials that can prove the authenticity and reliability of the enterprise data, such as the statement (copy) reported to the local finance bureau, the Bureau of Statistics, the SASAC, the National Development and Reform Commission or the competent department, which can also be stamped and confirmed by the audit institution, the reporting unit or the competent department. Where only the enterprise declaration form is provided or the data is incomplete and cannot be confirmed, it will no longer be included in the scope of declaration.
The return in triplicate together with copies of the relevant financial statements for the year 2021 audited by an accounting firm or an auditor firm or other supporting materials shall be submitted to the Association. When submitting the declaration form, submit an electronic version of the company profile and a high-definition work photo of the business card size of the chairman (general manager, president) of the company (please indicate the name and title), the company profile is less than 2000 words, and send it to the email address.
4. Declaration and recommendation of China\'s Top 500 Enterprises in 2022
According to the requirements of the China Enterprise Confederation, all enterprises registered in China with independent legal personality shall complete all enterprises with business revenue of more than 30 billion yuan (including 30 billion yuan) in 2021. It does not include foreign-funded enterprises in China, wholly owned by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, or holding enterprises, administrative companies, units integrating government and enterprise, various asset management companies, tobacco companies, but includes enterprises registered overseas, whose investment subject is a Chinese natural or legal person, and whose main business is in China.
Application and recommendation of China\'s Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in 2022: All manufacturing enterprises with sales revenue of more than 8 billion yuan (RMB) in 2021 (including 8 billion yuan) are eligible to apply for analysis and research.
Application and recommendation of China\'s Top 500 Service Enterprises in 2022: All service enterprises whose operating income reaches more than 4 billion yuan (RMB) in 2021 (including 4 billion yuan) are eligible to apply for analysis and research.

Enterprises in the process of declaration, if you encounter problems, please communicate with the research department of the Municipal Association of enterprises in a timely manner.
The submission deadline is May 15, 2022. The declaration form and instructions for completing it can be downloaded from Tianjin Enterprise Network www.tjql.org. Enterprises eligible for the top500 should log in to the website www.cectop500.cn to fill in the relevant declaration data and make online declaration.
