In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th Party Congress and the 19th plenary session, implement the outline of the national "14th Five-Year Plan", guide the city\'s manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises to deeply understand the opportunities and challenges facing the new development stage in accordance with the fundamental requirements of high-quality development of the municipal Party committee and municipal government, implement the new development concept, fully participate in the construction of a new development pattern, continue to become stronger, better and bigger, Continuously improve international competitiveness. Tianjin Enterprise Federation and Tianjin Entrepreneur Association will continue to carry out the ranking analysis of Tianjin\'s Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises and Top 100 service Enterprises in 2022 according to the unified deployment of China Enterprise Federation and Entrepreneur Association and in accordance with international practice, based on the operating income of the previous year. We will recommend the "Top 100 Leading Enterprises in China\'s Strategic Emerging Industries" to the China Enterprise Confederation and Entrepreneurs Association based on the business income of Strategic Emerging Industries (hereinafter referred to as "Zhanxin"). The relevant matters are arranged as follows:
1. Declaration Instructions
For the ranking analysis of top 100 Manufacturing enterprises and Top 100 service enterprises in Tianjin in 2022, the unified declaration form is the Declaration Form of Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises and Top 100 Service Enterprises in Tianjin in 2022 (see Annex I).
2. Eligibility for declaration
2022 Tianjin Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises application qualification: all registered in Tianjin area, 2021 completed business revenue of more than 500 million yuan (including 500 million yuan) enterprises; 2022 Tianjin Top 100 Service Enterprises application qualification: all registered in Tianjin area, 2021 completed business revenue of more than 200 million yuan (including 200 million yuan) enterprises. The above mentioned enterprises do not include administrative companies and various types of asset management companies, but include enterprises registered overseas, whose investment subject is a Chinese natural or legal person, and whose main business is in China.
A holding subsidiary or relative holding subsidiary belonging to a group company is only allowed to report because its financial statements can eventually be consolidated into the financial statements of the parent company of the group.
3. Submission of application materials
The ranking of the top 100 manufacturing enterprises in Tianjin and the top 100 service enterprises in Tianjin shall be independently declared by the enterprises, and the declaration form shall be printed by computer. If you fill in by hand, you must write clearly and neatly, and complete the relevant data according to the instructions. In order to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the data, the reporting enterprises are required to provide a copy of the 2021 relevant consolidated financial statements confirmed by the accounting firm or audit institution (including the firm\'s stamp sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet). If it fails to provide, it is necessary to submit materials that can prove the authenticity and reliability of the enterprise data, such as the statement (copy) reported to the local finance bureau, the Bureau of Statistics, the SASAC, the National Development and Reform Commission or the competent department, which can also be stamped and confirmed by the audit institution, the reporting unit, the competent department or the affiliated industry association. Where only the enterprise declaration form is provided or the data is incomplete and cannot be confirmed, it will no longer be included in the scope of declaration.
The return in triplicate together with copies of the relevant financial statements for the year 2021 audited by an accounting firm or an auditor firm or other supporting materials shall be submitted to the Association.
Fourth, strengthen the contact and information communication of declaration work
Enterprises in the process of declaration, if you encounter problems, please communicate with the research department of the Municipal Association of enterprises in a timely manner.
The submission deadline is May 15, 2022. The declaration form and instructions for completing it can be downloaded from Tianjin Enterprise Network www.tjql.org.
