The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Notice on the Organization of recommending the second batch of National Industrial Design and Research Institute Cultivation objects", organizing the selection and recommendation of the second batch of national industrial design and research Institute nationwide, and the number of provincial recommendations is not more than 3. In order to do a good job in the municipal creation and national recommendation of our city, we are hereby notified as follows:
I. Basic Information about Industrial Design and Research Institute
In 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guidelines for the establishment of National Industrial Design and Research Institute", organized the establishment of Industrial design and research Institute nationwide, and in 2019, the city issued the "Notice of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on doing a good job in the establishment of Industrial design and Research Institute" (Tianjin Industrial Information Industry [2019] No. 11, hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). It clarifies the basic conditions and working procedures for the creation of the municipal level, and requires the competent departments of industry and information technology in each district to submit the relevant creation materials to the Bureau before April 30 every year. Up to now, a total of three enterprises in Hebei District, Beichen District and Wuqing District have received declaration materials.
2. Recommendation submission
Please strictly control the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the basic conditions of the industrial design and research institute in the city\'s "Notice", strictly check the actual situation of the declared enterprises and cultivation plan, determine the recommended list, and those who do not have the conditions can not be recommended. Enterprises that have declared in the early stage should make necessary amendments in accordance with the latest requirements of the Notice. In view of the tight working time of this declaration, please submit the recommended list to our bureau before January 6, and the enterprise declaration materials can be submitted to our bureau before January 10. In principle, each of the six districts in the city shall not exceed 1, the Binhai New District shall not exceed 3, and each of the other districts shall not exceed 2.
After the recommendation list is determined, the bureau will carry out on-site verification according to the actual situation, and determine the city-level creation list after expert evaluation, and form a national recommendation list.
