According to the Implementation Rules for the Medical and Health Protection of Talents in Wuqing District (Trial) (Jinwu Talent Office (2021) No. 1), Several Measures for Wuqing District to further seize the opportunities for the Coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to Accelerate the Construction of a gathering place for innovative and entrepreneurial Talents (Jinwu Talent Office (2018) No. 1) and the Work Plan for the Establishment of a system of contact service experts for District Party Committees (2 018) No. 20) Relevant provisions, the District Talent Office will organize relevant high-level talents to conduct free health check-ups. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Time of physical examination
Late December to late January. The specific physical examination time is from 7:30 am to 10:30 am from Monday to Sunday (need to make a phone appointment one day in advance).
2. Location of physical examination
Tianjin Hangyi Cardiovascular Hospital Physical Examination Center (179 Yangliu Road, Xuguantun Street).
3. Physical examination object
Class A talents and Class B talents recommended by talent independent identification and support enterprises in 2021, and the 1st to 4th level talents officially introduced and cultivated in 2018-2020.
4. Physical examination standards
The standard of physical examination service for Class A talents shall not exceed 5000 yuan (see Annex 2 for physical examination items); The medical examination standard for Class B talents and talents at the 1st to 4th levels formally introduced and cultivated in 2018-2020 shall not exceed 3,000 yuan (see Annex 3 for the medical examination items).
5. Medical examination Instructions
1, 3 days before the physical examination to maintain a normal diet, do not eat too greasy, high-protein food, do not drink alcohol, to avoid fatigue. Blood collection and B-ultrasonography are required on the day of the physical examination. Please refrain from water and fasting for 8-12 hours before the examination.
2, the medical personnel shall not wear metal jewelry on the day of the examination, should wear easy to put on and take off, no metal products, no sequins and other loose clothes. Must bring ID card or other valid documents, should be the appointment of medical information himself, strictly prohibit impostor.
6. Organization and leadership
The person in charge of each enterprise shall summarize the list of talents participating in the physical examination into the Statistical Table of High-level Talents Participating in the Physical Examination (Annex 4) and send the feedback to the mailbox of the Science and Technology Talent Department of the Development Zone before December 28.
