Notice on collecting typical application scenarios of robots in the medical field
Regional industry and information technology authorities, health authorities:
In order to implement the key tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People\'s Republic of China and the Outline of 2035 Vision Goals, and promote robots to better serve economic and social development, we are now collecting a batch of typical application scenarios of robots in the medical field (hereinafter referred to as "typical scenarios"), forming a batch of replicable and referable results and strengthening promotion and application. At the same time, we will guide robot enterprises to strengthen cooperation with medical institutions, and develop medical robots that are more suitable for application scenarios and more advanced and applicable. The relevant matters are hereby communicated as follows:
- Solicitation direction
For the medical field, a group of robot typical scenarios with a high level of technology, mature application mode and significant application effects are collected. The scenarios include but are not limited to surgical operation, disinfection and cleaning, assisted displacement, nursing assistance, ward rounds, remote consultation, assisted diagnosis and treatment, hospital management, medicine dispensing/delivery, rehabilitation training, interventional diagnosis and treatment, etc. Encourage the use of new technologies such as 5G, AI, big data, and cloud computing to improve the level of digitalization, networking, and intelligence in robot applications, and form a good demonstration effect.
2. Collection requirements
(A) Encourage robot enterprises and medical institutions to jointly submit typical scenarios. Each unit must be registered in the territory of the People\'s Republic of China, and has an independent legal personality, good economic benefits and good production safety and environmental protection credit record.
(2) The key technologies of robots and typical scenarios should be at the leading domestic or international advanced level, and there are no intellectual property disputes.
(3) The submitting unit shall compile the materials with reference to the collection direction of typical scenarios and "Typical Application Scenarios of Medical Robots (Preparation Outline)" (Annex 1), and the number of scenarios is not limited.
(4) The description of typical scenarios should be prominent, concise and logical, and can provide experience reference from the implementation significance, implementation path, application innovation and other aspects, with strong readability.
(5) The submitting unit is willing to actively cooperate with the field investigation and publicity summary, and actively promote the experience.
3. Organize recommendations
(-) All district-level industrial and information technology departments take the lead, and jointly organize the collection and recommendation of enterprises to fill in the report together with the competent health departments (including central enterprises). The collection work shall follow the principle of government guidance and enterprise voluntariousness.
(2) The district-level industrial and information technology, health and health departments in accordance with the actual work, strictly check. Through expert argumentation and investigation and comparison, typical scenarios are recommended, and the Summary Table of Recommended Typical Application Scenarios of Medical Robots is filled out in priority order (Annex 2).
