Each enterprise:

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Work Plan for the gradient cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tianjin, in order to further improve the independent innovation ability and market competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology organized the declaration of the second batch of Tianjin\'s "specialized and special new" seed enterprises. The application notice is hereby forwarded to you. The interested enterprises should fill in the application (Attachment 5), summary form (Attachment 2) (in duplicate), application form (Attachment 1) (in duplicate), supporting materials (in duplicate) and electronic materials to the Enterprise Service Department before September 2.
