In order to fully implement the "Haihe Talents" action Plan of Tianjin and support leading enterprises in strategic emerging industries of Tianjin (hereinafter referred to as "leading enterprises") to speed up the introduction of much-needed talents, we hereby inform you of the matters related to the application of the sixth batch of leading enterprises in strategic emerging industries of Tianjin as follows:
1. Conditions for declaration
Entity enterprise in our district, and meet the following conditions:
1. In line with the positioning of "one base and three districts" of Tianjin, it belongs to the field of strategic emerging industries (mainly including artificial intelligence, biomedicine, new generation information technology, aerospace, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, fine chemicals, high-tech services and other industries, modern finance, international shipping and other modern service industries are regarded as the same);
2. The company is leading in the technical level of the segmented industries, ranking among the top 3 in China or the top 2 in Tianjin;
3. The enterprise has a high concentration of scientific and technological talents, with leading talents in charge of project research and development and transformation of results, equipped with sufficient quantity, reasonable structure and excellent quality talent team.
Ii. Declaration procedures
1. The enterprise shall fill in the application materials according to the notice and report to the town park where it is located;
2. Each town, street and park shall check the authenticity of the qualification conditions and application materials of the enterprises to be applied, issue the examination results and recommendation reasons, fill in the summary form, and submit it together with other application materials to the talent office of the district;
3. The District Talent Office shall uniformly collect and report to the superior department.
Iii. Application materials
(1) Enterprise application materials
1. Declaration of the sixth batch of leading enterprises of strategic emerging industries in Tianjin.
2. Apply for the attachment materials of the leading enterprise, including:
(1) A copy of the business license of the enterprise
(2) Relevant certification materials or certificates of honor for the ranking of the technical level of the enterprise in the subdivided industries in the whole country and the whole city
(3) The certification materials of leading talents and talent teams
(4) The company\'s financial statements of the previous year audited by the third party (assets and liabilities
Statement, income statement, cash flow statement)
(5) The enterprise\'s tax payment certificate for the past two years issued by the tax department
The declaration shall be bound together with the attached materials.
(2) Application materials for each town, street and park
1. Issue enterprise audit results and recommendation reasons;
2. Recommend to apply for summary of the sixth batch of leading enterprises in strategic emerging industries in Tianjin.
Iv. Relevant requirements
All towns, streets and parks shall, in accordance with the requirements of the circular, promptly organize relevant enterprises within their jurisdiction to carry out the declaration work, carefully proofread the declaration materials of the recommended enterprises, and ensure the normalization and accuracy of the declaration form and summary form, and before June 4, Submit the application form, enterprise audit results and recommendation reasons, summary form electronic version (including seal scanning PDF version, word version) and 1 paper version to Science and Technology Talent Department of Wuqing Development Zone (4th Floor, No. 18, Fuyuan Road).
