A notice on the investigation of social practice needs of graduate students in universities in 2021

In order to further implement the action plan of "Haihe Talents", widely publicize and promote the innovation and entrepreneurship environment of the district, and make good use of the intellectual resources of talents in colleges and universities, the District Human Resources Office and the Youth League Committee plan to organize and carry out the social practice of graduates in colleges and universities in 2021, and hereby inform the relevant demand survey work as follows:

Iii. Main Service contents
 
Social practice mainly includes the following forms:
 
1. Undertake periodic scientific research work, product development, technical research project demonstration and other scientific and technological services for regional or enterprises and institutions;
 
2. Engaged in the development planning and research of regional or enterprises and institutions, undertook (or participated in) the formulation of local economic development strategies or plans, including carrying out research, collecting information, assisting in the completion of research reports, etc.;
 
3. Carry out market analysis and research, industry analysis, industry research and judgment of enterprises and public institutions;
 
4. Participate in the sorting and optimization of enterprise business model and business process, and participate in the formulation of enterprise strategic development plan;
 
5. Engaged in computer programming, software application and development, big data application and processing and other information work;
 
6. Engaged in architectural planning and design, design of civil structure and water conservancy engineering and related environmental protection design;
 
7. Carry out technical and management training for technical personnel and administrative personnel of enterprises and public institutions, and carry out professional training for cadres and employees of government organs;
 
8. Participate in the research of local Party and government departments concerning regional development and governance; Provide professional consultation on administration, law, economy, management and education to local party and government departments and enterprises and institutions;
 
9. Engaged in design and research of arts and crafts, such as appearance, creative products and vision proposal;
 
10. Participated in enterprise management and learned enterprise operation experience as executive assistant;
 
11. Participate in the organization and planning of large-scale activities (or meetings) of the receiving unit; Assist related departments or leaders to complete designated administrative work or other phased tasks.
 
Iv. Relevant requirements
 
1, each unit should attach great importance to, facing the jurisdiction, the system widely solicit practice projects. All parks and related town and street industrial functional areas should go deep into key enterprises, especially the member units of Tianjin Intelligent rail Transit Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance, leading enterprises of Tianjin strategic emerging industries and other municipal project or project enterprises, organize and carry out job demand survey, improve the enthusiasm of employers. We should strictly check the requirements of the posts collected and make work plans in accordance with 4-6 weeks. In principle, the practice project proposed by each unit shall not be cancelled or changed, nor shall the practice project be unilaterally cancelled, after it has been submitted to the university for confirmation through examination and screening.
 
2. All units should strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job in epidemic prevention management and safety education during the practice period. Organize students\' daily temperature check and register their health information; Clean the working and living environment and disinfect it regularly every day; Ensure healthy and safe meals; Equipped with sufficient amount of disinfectant, masks, hand sanitizer and other protective equipment; Without the consent of the District talent Office, do not organize gathering activities, do not arrange students to work abroad; If there is any situation, contact with the district talent Office and the university in time.
 
3. The Talent Office of the District will give each graduate student a monthly living allowance of 2000 yuan and corresponding transportation allowance for participating in social practice in the District. Each receiving unit shall provide accommodation and lodging during the practice period (if the receiving unit is a private enterprise, the town and the park shall coordinate the accommodation; Accommodation can refer to the standards of business trips of the unit, do not arrange students to stay in high-end hotels, meet the basic living conditions, ensure the safety and health of the accommodation; The standard of food should not be lower than the local average living standard, and the food should be hygienic.
 
All units are requested to sort out and summarize the position demands in their jurisdiction and system in time, fill in the Collection Form of 2021 Summer Social Practice Positions in Wuqing District of Tianjin, and submit the printed stamped version to the Youth League District Committee before April 23 (Friday), and submit the electronic version via email.
