Enterprises in the Park:
In order to further implement the Measures for Constructing the Comprehensive Development Ecology of Talents in Wuqing District (Trial) (No.4 of Jinwu Party (2021)), the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows in accordance with the Implementation Rules of Talent Identification Service in Wuqing District (Trial) (No.1 of Jinwu Talent Office (2021)) :
I. Supported objects and quantity
(1) Supporting objects. Entity enterprises in line with the direction of "Wuqing District Six Industrial Innovation Platform Demand Catalog (2021 version)".
Development quality refers to the enterprises that are selected for the first time as the leading enterprises of strategic emerging industries in Tianjin and the "Haihe Talents" action plan projects such as the municipal key support "Project + team".
Grassroots recommendation refers to enterprises outside the quality category, which are recommended from parks, towns and streets based on their technical level, development prospect and comprehensive contribution.
Other categories refer to those enterprises that have made major breakthroughs or made outstanding contributions after deliberation by the District Human Resources Office.
(II) The number of supports. According to the talent needs and financial budgets of the six major industrial innovation platforms, we plan to support about 100 key enterprises this year, of which about 60 are in the category of development quality and about 40 are in the category of grassroots recommendation. For grass-root recommended enterprises, about 30 are recommended and recognized by the park and 10 by the town and street. The talent office of the district determines the recommended quota of each park according to the quantity and quality of the entity enterprises in line with the relevant directories of the six industrial innovation platforms.
Ii. Application materials
1. Wuqing District enjoys the declaration form of talent independent identification and support enterprises.
2. Application of enterprise attachment materials, including:
(1) A copy of the business license of the enterprise;
(2) Relevant certificates or certificates of honor concerning the ranking of the technical level of the enterprise in the subdivided industries in the whole country and the whole city;
(3) Relevant materials of leading talents and talent teams;
(4) Other relevant certification materials.
Iii. Submission of materials
1. Before April 13, the application materials (including electronic version) shall be submitted to the Science and Technology Personnel Department of the Management Committee of the Development Zone. The application form shall be made in triplicate and the electronic version of the application materials and the summary form of enterprise recommendation shall be sent to the email address.
2. Application materials shall be stamped with company seal.
