Administrative Committee of Wuqing Development Zone has issued Interim Measures for the Management of Leasing and Selling of Self-owned real Estate owned by Enterprises in Wuqing Development Zone. In order to further standardize the management of leasing and selling of self-owned real estate owned by enterprises in Wuqing Development Zone and effectively use the park\'s stock resources, we hereby inform you of the key policies.
I. The lessee or buyer shall conform to the industrial development orientation of the development zone. It is strictly prohibited to introduce enterprises with high pollution and high energy consumption, and it is strictly prohibited to build illegal buildings without approval;
2. Before leasing or selling, the current property owner shall fill in the letter of commitment, application form and record form truthfully according to the management measures, and submit the materials to the regional Development Department timely according to the requirements of the management measures;
3. It is strictly prohibited to change the nature of the land, and industrial land cannot be used for commercial purposes;
Iv. Industrial projects shall pass the joint evaluation and examination of the Development zone according to the requirements of Wuqing Development Zone for investment attraction;
V. If the leaser or the lessee fails to handle relevant procedures according to the procedures of the management Measures, the lessee will be shut down, liquidated and other consequences. Please pay attention to relevant risks.
Vi. The Grand Canal Protection Policy has been implemented, and the negative list has been strictly implemented for enterprises within 2,000 meters of the Grand Canal protection line.
