In order to implement the "Statistics Law", the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Statistics Law" and the relevant requirements of Tianjin Bureau of Statistics, standardize the statistical work order of the District, strengthen the basic statistical construction work of the district, comprehensively improve the awareness of statistics according to law, and ensure the quality of source data, it is decided to carry out the inspection work of statistical law enforcement in 2021 within the District. The arrangement of inspection work is hereby notified as follows:
First, check the object
Statistical and investigation units in industries, energy, services, commerce, construction, fixed assets investment, real estate and other professions that carry out the system of reporting a set of forms directly through the national network.
Two, check the content
1. Implementation of statistical system and data quality of each specialty.
2. Construction of basic statistical work, including: original statistical records, original statements, statistical accounts, etc.
3. Check the economic indicator data, which are the annual data of the network direct reporting enterprises in 2020, including: business income, gross industrial output value, commodity sales, turnover, value-added tax payable, employee compensation payable, energy consumption (electricity consumption) and investment completed in this year from January to December 2020 (only one of the fixed asset investment projects will be checked).
Three, check the steps
1. Self-examination time: March 10 -- March 20, 2021
Each enterprise shall, in accordance with the requirements of the inspection notice, organize the self-inspection of the enterprises directly reported by the network of its own unit. In the process of self-inspection, if any error is found in the data filling, contact us in time to apply for modification. Specific arrangements: First, after self-examination, if the self-examination number is inconsistent with the above number, the self-examination form shall be submitted at the same time as the inconsistent description, which shall be reviewed and signed by the leader and stamped with official seal before March 20th. Second, overdue report, as the number of the enterprise self-examination is correct, and the number of self-examination and self-examination table in line with the number of the report on March 25.
2. Time of spot check: April 1 -- October 31, 2021
According to the requirements of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Statistics, the District Bureau of Statistics adopted the "double random" sampling method covering the whole specialty, and selected a certain number of online direct newspaper enterprises for random inspection.

In accordance with the "Statistical Measures for the Disposal of Persons Responsible for Violation of Discipline and law", the relevant personnel in violation of law and discipline shall be investigated and held accountable according to the law.
