The fourth Tianjin Quality Award selection program
Tianjin Quality Award is the highest award in the quality field of the city established by Tianjin Municipal People\'s Government in 2013. Up to now, it has completed the selection work of Tianjin Quality Award for 3 times, and a total of 19 organizations have been awarded. The award-winning organization has become the city\'s quality management benchmark, leading more enterprises to pursue high-quality development. In order to do a good job in the selection of the fourth Tianjin Quality Award, this scheme is formulated in accordance with the "Tianjin Quality Award Management Measures" (Tianjin Market Supervision Quality FA [2020] No.8).
I. Purpose of the activity
Tianjin Quality Award is the highest award in the city in the field of quality work, awarded to organizations with advanced quality management models. The selection of Tianjin Quality Award highlights its advanced nature, representativeness and epochal nature, aiming to promote advanced quality management mode and method, promote quality management innovation, implement advanced quality concept, guide the whole society to continuously improve quality level, and realize quality development. The selection of Tianjin Quality Award adheres to the principles of science, justice, openness and fairness.
Ii. Award setting
Tianjin Quality Award is selected every two years, including "Tianjin Quality Award" and "Tianjin Quality Award Nomination Award", each "Tianjin Quality Award" and "Tianjin Quality Award Nomination Award" winner organizations are not more than 5.
The Municipal People\'s government shall commend and reward the organizations that have won the "Tianjin Quality Award" and commend the organizations that have won the "Tianjin Quality Award Nomination Award".
Iii. Conditions for declaration
The organization applying for Tianjin Quality Award must meet the following basic conditions:
(1) To register in the administrative area of the city; No major quality, safety, environmental pollution, public health, food safety and other accidents, no major quality complaints, no serious dishonesty in the past 2 years;
(2) make outstanding achievements in quality level, innovation ability, brand influence and benefit and reach the leading level in China;
3. Implementing the quality development strategy, adhering to the development concept of quality first and advocating an excellent quality culture;
(4) The quality management system, model and method shall be innovative and have popularization value.

V. Application process
The applicant shall fill in the Registration Form for the Fourth Tianjin Quality Award (Annex 1) and submit the registration Form for the Fourth Tianjin Quality Award to the Municipal Market Regulatory Commission before January 29, 2021. The municipal Market Supervision Commission carried out training for the application organizations on the selection basis, the relevant publicity and implementation standards and the filling of application materials.
Organizations that meet the requirements for application can register voluntarily and submit application materials (printed materials in triplicate and word electronic CD) to the local people\'s government, municipal industry authorities or relevant industry associations. Tianjin Quality Award Declaration Form (Attachment 2) can be downloaded from the official website of Tianjin Market Regulation and Administration Commission (http://scjg.tj.gov.cn/).
The local people\'s government, the municipal industry competent department or the relevant industry association shall be responsible for verifying and confirming the completeness, authenticity and accuracy of the application materials and forming recommendations. The application materials shall be submitted to the Municipal Market Regulatory Commission in triplicate (including electronic CD) before March 15, 2021.
Vi. Selection procedure
The selection work mainly includes qualification examination, material review, site review, comprehensive evaluation and other links. The specific selection procedure is detailed in Tianjin Quality Award Management Measures (Annex 3).
7. Requirements for the selection work
(1) Strengthen publicity. Quality work involves all aspects of economic development and social life. All relevant units are requested to vigorously publicize Tianjin Quality Award, create a good atmosphere of pursuing quality first in all walks of life, advocate and practice advanced quality management concepts, and maximize the significant promoting role of quality in boosting our city\'s economy.
(2) Careful examination. All relevant units are requested to mobilize and recommend excellent organizations in their respective regions and fields to actively participate in Tianjin Quality Award selection activities, and make good verification and confirmation of application materials to ensure that organizations with high quality management level are selected to participate in the selection.
(3) Strictly observe discipline. All relevant units shall strictly comply with relevant requirements and procedures, strictly observe work disciplines, keep state secrets and business secrets in accordance with the law, strictly prohibit to seek profits by taking advantage of the selection, and shall not collect fees from participating organizations in any way, or collect fees in disguise or for rides.
