According to the provisions of the document "Measures for Wuqing District to Further Seize the Opportunities of the Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to Accelerate the Construction of a gathering place for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents" (Jinwu Talent [2018] No.1) (hereinafter referred to as "Measures"), the relevant matters concerning the application and approval of 2020 Talent award in Wuqing District are hereby notified as follows:
1. Scope of declaration
From January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, talents and talent development projects introduced, cultivated and recommended by Party and government organs at all levels, enterprises and public institutions and other employers identified by the leading group of talent work of the District can be declared if they meet the provisions of "Several Measures".
Ii. Declaration procedures
Applicants who meet the requirements fill in the Declaration Form (including electronic version) according to the actual situation, prepare relevant certification materials and submit them to the employer for verification, and publicize them within the employer. If there is no objection on the publicity, uniformly issue recommendation opinions. Before January 20, the applicant\'s employer shall submit relevant materials to the park where the applicant is registered.
Iii. Application materials
(1) original and photocopy of the identity card;
(2) Original and photocopies of certificates of academic qualifications and degrees, and degree certification reports;
(3) social insurance and individual income tax certificates;
(4) a formal labor contract certificate signed with the employing unit;
(5) Other application materials shall be determined by the comprehensive evaluation unit in accordance with the relevant provisions of Several Measures.
The paper version of the Declaration Form (2 copies) shall be submitted together with the electronic version.
