Notice on Conducting online Verification of Fentanyl substances
Enterprises in the Park:
In order to thoroughly implement the national and municipal deployment of "902" special action and resolutely prevent the R&D, manufacturing and abuse of fentanyl substances and new drugs, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Special Action Plan of Wuqing District to Deepen the Fight against Fentanyl Substances and other new Drugs, online verification of fentanyl substances in Wuqing District is now carried out. Chemical websites, e-commerce platforms and other Internet enterprises with trading information of fentanyl and other new drugs and precursor chemicals are requested to carry out real-name registration, information release review, online self-check management, harmful information disposal report and other systems, and carefully complete the Form of Online Check of Fentanyl Substances (see the attachment) before December 17. The electronic version and the scanned copy with seal shall be packaged and submitted to the Enterprise Management Department of Development Zone via email wqkfqqyglb01 tj.gov.cn and the updated information shall be reported before the 12th day of the end of each quarter.
Note: The main precursors of fentanyl substances include n-phenylethyl-4-phenylethylpiperidone, 4-aniline-n-phenylethylpiperidine, 4-n-phenylethylpiperidine, phenylethylamine, methyl acrylate, etc.
