Enterprises that meet the requirements and are interested in preparing materials according to the scope and conditions of project application. Before December 17, 2020, the applicant should bring the application documents, project application materials (see Attachment 2) and application letter (see Attachment 3) to the Enterprise Service Department of the Development Zone to issue a recommendation letter, and submit the recommendation letter, application documents and project application materials (in duplicate) to the National Development and Reform Commission.
