In order to implement the Notice of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on Training Leading Talents in Operation and Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2020, the Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Talent Development Plan (2010-2020) and the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and further implement the project of improving the quality of enterprise operation and management talents, We will continue to strengthen the cultivation of entrepreneurs, improve the operation and management level of small and medium-sized enterprises, and guide their high-quality development. According to the requirements of the Notice of General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Training of Leading Talents in Operation and Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2020-2021, the relevant training work is as follows:
1. Selection criteria
"Leading Talents Training" is mainly aimed at small and medium-sized enterprise managers and senior professional managers with good growth, strong innovation ability and leading backbone position in the region or the industry; Start-up small and micro business managers with great development potential.
Ii. Training plan and tuition fee
The training cycle for leading talents in operation and management of small and medium-sized enterprises in 2020 is 1 year, with a total class time of no less than 16 days or 128 class hours. The training will be organized by Tianjin University and China Association for International Cooperation of Small and Medium Enterprises, with 30 students each (see Appendix 1 and 2 for details). The training is carried out by classroom teaching, case interaction, group discussion, field trip, online learning, study tour, etc. After completing the training tasks and meeting the relevant requirements, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will issue the training certificate of "Leading Talents in Operation and Management of Small and medium-sized Enterprises".
The training fee shall be composed of tuition fees and financial subsidies raised by the trainees themselves. The trainees shall pay their own expenses for accommodation, transportation, group activities and other related expenses during the training period. The specific amount shall be subject to the formal admission notice.
Iii. Relevant requirements
The deadline for selection and recommendation is November 26, 2020. All enterprises are requested to submit the Summary Form of Trainees for Leading Talents (Attachment 3) to the Development Zone before November 26.
