The details are as follows:

Ii. Competition mode
According to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control, we plan to combine online and offline, and focus on online. Select the winning projects in the final of the northern Division by organizing online video review, defense and project roadshow. Through the developed cloud platform system, online investigation, communication and project docking can be carried out, and online interactive communication can be carried out in the form of text and voice. The final will be held in Jinan, Shandong province.
Three, the scope of the field
Medical care and health: Internet great health, high-end medical instruments and equipment, brain science, intelligent medicine, medical beauty, antibody testing, health big data, precision medicine, cell therapy, telemedicine, rehabilitation equipment, in vitro diagnosis, modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, health food, COVID-19 vaccine detection and protection, health and elderly care, medical services, health tourism, health education and management, etc.
4. Competition conditions
The competition is divided into start-up group and Growing enterprise group, mainly for high-level overseas talents in the field of medical care and health. Enterprises, individuals or teams can apply for the competition. According to their own conditions, the project can choose the start-up group and growing enterprise group to apply for the competition.
1. The enterprise has standardized operation, good social reputation, no bad record, and has related products in the field of medical care and health.
2. Each participant can only declare one entry.
3. In principle, it is required for the start-up project that the core members of the project must have legal independent intellectual property rights or the right to use (authorization) of the project, and have no intellectual property disputes with others. The liability arising from infringement shall be borne by the participants themselves.
(1) Group of Start-up Enterprises
1. Participants are individuals (teams) of innovative overseas talents at home and abroad or enterprises founded by high-level overseas talents who have registered for industry and commerce in China after January 1, 2018 (inclusive).
2. Senior overseas talents (teams) should be under 60 years old and have strong ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, market development, operation and management. Have a mature entrepreneurial project and business plan in the target competition field, international and domestic leading technological achievements, have a good market prospect and can implement industrialization.
3. Corporate entrants should be the corporate legal person or the largest shareholder.
(2) Growth enterprise Group
1. Contestants shall be high-level overseas talents who have been registered for industry and commerce in China for less than 5 years and registered before December 31, 2017 (inclusive).
2. Participants should be the corporate legal person or the largest shareholder.
3. Entries should aim at application innovation, be forward-looking and innovative, have high growth potential and broad market prospects.
V. Project support
The governments at all levels in the northern region shall give corresponding policy support to the implementation of the winning projects, and the districts, counties and parks where the projects are implemented shall give a certain proportion of supporting subsidies according to the financial support quota of the city.

5. Entrepreneurship coaching
For the projects selected for the preliminary competition in the northern region, the relevant organizers will organize technical experts, management experts, investment experts, entrepreneurship guidance experts and other experts to form an expert team to guide the participating projects, guide the project feasibility analysis, project risk assessment, financing needs, investment benefits and other entrepreneurship services to provide local support policies, investment and financing services.
