According to the requirements of the Notice on Nomination of 2020 Tianjin Science and Technology Awards issued by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, to complete the nomination of science and technology awards in our district with high standards and high quality, the specific work arrangement is as follows:
1. Pre-collection of applicants for science and technology Awards
Due to the quota system for science and technology award nomination in Tianjin, the units that are interested in applying for science and technology award should submit the pre-application form (Annex 3) to the District Science and Technology Enterprise Office before 5:00 p.m. on July 28. The District Science and Technology Enterprise Office will nominate and recommend the best candidates to the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and allocate the science and technology award Management information system account.
2. How to fill in nomination materials
Science and technology award has account management information system of candidate projects according to the work of the tianjin science and technology awards nominations in 2020 handbook (annex 1), log in tianjin science and technology reward management information system (http://kjjl.kxjs.tj.gov.cn/) for nomination materials provided.
Three, the system filling deadline
August 24, 2020 at 11:30 a.m., overdue will not be accepted.
4. Submission of relevant requirements for paper materials
The paper application materials should be submitted to the District Science and Enterprise Office, Address: Room 419, Building C of the District Government, before 5:00 p.m. on August 28, 2020.
The number of paper nominations for each award should be as follows:
Major scientific and technological achievement Award, International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Award: 10;
Natural Science Award, Technological Invention Award, Scientific and Technological Progress Award: 1.
V. Other relevant requirements
(I) The nomination system shall be adopted for the Science and Technology Awards of Tianjin in 2020. For relevant requirements, see the Implementation Plan of the Nomination System for the Science and Technology Awards of Tianjin in 2020 (Annex 2).
(2) Tianjin Natural Science Awards, Technological Invention Awards and Scientific and Technological Progress Awards shall adopt the evaluation system of standard quota, and the nominated projects shall be nominated according to the grade standard. If the nominated projects fail in the evaluation, they will not be downgraded to participate in other award levels.
(3) Tianjin Natural Science Award, Technological Invention Award and Science and Technology Progress Award are divided into three levels: first prize, second prize and third prize.
(4) The achievements nominated for the 2020 Tianjin Science and Technology Awards shall be registered in advance.
(v) The nominated project (candidate) shall be publicized in the project completion unit, and the publicized content shall be detailed in the Work Manual of 2020 Tianjin Science and Technology Award Nomination. The publicized time shall not be less than 7 natural days respectively. The project with no objection publicized or no objection publicized again after verification and processing can be nominated.
(6) According to the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Management of Trust-breaking Behaviors of Responsible Subjects of Tianjin Science and Technology Planning Projects (Jinke Regulation No. 10, 2017), the person or unit listed in the record of trust-breaking behaviors and subject to restrictive measures shall not be the first person or unit to complete the nominated project.
(7) One original copy of the nomination letter shall be marked with the word "original" in the upper right corner of the first page. All the pages requiring signature or seal in the text shall not be photocopies. The attached special audit report on economic benefits, the subjective application certificate and the economic benefit certificate issued by the application unit shall be original copies. There shall be no omissions in the signature or seal of the nomination form submitted. The signature of the completed person shall be signed by his/her own hand, not for him/her.
