The cashing period is adjusted from the original"Period from July 1,2019 to April 30,2020"to"period from July 1,2019 to June 30,2020".After adjustment,the scope of support is"research and development,inspection and testing services completed between July 1,2019 and June 30,2020(mainly based on the invoice date,referring to the service contract,proof of results and other materials),which have been applied for innovation voucher online and passed the review.Priority will be given to the research and development and testing services required for epidemic prevention and control."
Eligible enterprises should complete the application submission,the preliminary examination by the district science and technology administrative department,and the examination of professional institutions before 17:00,July 24,2020.During the application period,it is suggested that each application unit should timely communicate with the district science and technology administrative department and professional institutions,and the application will not be accepted after the deadline.The application for cashing and passing the formal examination in the current year will not be repeated.
