1.Work arrangement
(I)Public junior high schools directly under the Education Bureau shall adopt the form of online registration and offline inspection.The specific schedule is as follows:
1.Reception and consultation.Starting from June 8,2020,the junior high schools directly under the school will publish the enrollment brochure and consultation telephone number to the public.The brochure will specify the enrollment scope,classification information,consultation telephone number,reception consultation period and other key information.
2.Register online.On June 8,2020,the website of enrollment registration system and registration method were announced through the wechat official account of"Wuqing Education".From June 28 to June 30,2020,students\'parents will submit the registration information through the enrollment registration system.
3.Preliminary qualification examination.On July 1st,all directly affiliated public offices will proofread the registration information of enrollment registration system for preliminary examination,and notify the preliminary examination result and the specific time of offline examination by short message.
4.Offline verification.From July 2 to 4,2020,parents will bring relevant materials to the school for on-site examination of admission qualification.Each school will arrange the wrong peak inspection,the specific time is subject to the school arrangement.(Students who do not know how to register online or do not register online due to various special reasons can directly register in the school according to the arrangement of the school.)
(II)The public junior high schools under the township and street shall adopt the form of offline inspection and on-site registration.The specific schedule is as follows:
1.Reception and consultation.Starting from June 8,2020,all towns and streets will organize schools under their jurisdiction to publish the enrollment guidelines to the public,in which key information such as enrollment scope,classification information,consulting telephone number and reception consultation period will be specified.
2.Check and register.From July 2 to 4,2020,each school will arrange the examination and registration time according to the actual peak of the school,and announce it through the admission brochure.The examination and registration will be completed within the specified time.Parents of students bring relevant materials to the school site to check the admission qualification.
(III)Private junior high schools shall adopt the forms of online registration,qualification preliminary examination and offline examination.The specific schedule is as follows:
1.Reception and consultation.Starting from June 8,2020,private junior high schools will publish the enrollment brochure and consultation telephone number to the public.The brochure will specify the enrollment scope,enrollment target,consultation telephone number,reception consultation period and other key information.
2.Register online.On June 8,2020,the website of Enrollment Registration system of Wuqing District("Enrollment Registration System"for short)and registration methods were announced through the wechat official account of"Wuqing Education".From June 17 to June 20,2020,students\'guardians will submit registration information through the enrollment registration system.Each student can only enroll in one private school.
3.Preliminary qualification examination.From June 21 to June 22,each private proofread the registration information of the enrollment registration system for the preliminary examination,and notified the preliminary examination result by short message.
4.Determine who will be admitted.If the number of students who meet the admission requirements is equal to or less than the enrollment plan after the preliminary examination,the school will notify the guardian by phone or text message for offline examination.If the number of qualified students is greater than the enrollment plan after the preliminary examination,the admission list shall be determined in the form of random assignment.The random assignment will be organized by the district Education Bureau and is tentatively scheduled for June 23.Deputies to the People\'s Congress,members of the Chinese People\'s Political Consultative Conference,school representatives and parents will be invited to supervise the whole process to ensure that the process is standardized,rigorous,open and transparent.Each school will arrange to randomly send the parents of the admitted students to the school site with relevant materials for review.The time of the review will be subject to the school\'s arrangement.
5.According to the requirements of"Notice of Municipal Education Working Committee on Restricting children of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking from attending high-fee private Schools"(Tianjin Education Administration(2019)No.24),private junior high schools in Wuqing District do not enroll children of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking.
(4)Graduates of the sixth grade of primary schools who have registered residence in Wuqing and are studying in other provinces.All students who apply to go back to Wuqing to study in junior high school(referred to as"students from other provinces returning to Tianjin for primary and secondary education"),due to the epidemic,will not be arranged to register with the Education Bureau,but directly to the school registration.Please timely pay attention to the enrollment regulations of private schools and public schools where your hukou is located,and conduct registration and verification according to the above"work arrangement"according to the school category.
Ii.Enrollment Policies of public schools
(1)Students in the District who are separated from their families
1.All the following conditions should be met--(1)The student\'s household registration is in the district and in the same household register with his/her parents(or one of them);(2)The head of the household is the student\'s parents,grandparents or maternal grandparents;(3)The owner of the fixed residence in the District is the student\'s parents,grandparents or maternal grandparents;(4)The address of the household register is different from that of the fixed residence.
2.Admission method:The town(or school)of the registered place shall arrange the admission first.Due to practical difficulties,it is impossible to realize the"reunification of people and households",and it is really necessary to enroll in a fixed residence with property rights other than the domicile address,the town street(or school)corresponding to the residence shall coordinate and arrange the enrollment according to the actual situation.
3.Required materials:household registration book(including blue seal hukou),legal fixed residence certificate(property ownership certificate),Tianjin Junior High School Enrollment Information Registration Form printed by the school graduating from primary school.(If the property right of the legal fixed residence other than the domicile address is the student\'s grandparents or maternal grandparents,both parents shall provide proof of no real estate).Students from other provinces returning to Tianjin for primary and secondary education cannot print the Tianjin Junior High School Enrollment Information Registration Form,but need to provide the student\'s national system student number(G or L+18 digits).
4.Handling methods:Handle according to the"work arrangement"according to the school category.
(2)The children of the resident permit holders who graduated from Wuqing Primary School
1.Admission method:The actual address marked on the residence permit shall be the basis.Those in the school area under the township shall be placed in public schools under the jurisdiction of the township education office according to the status of academic degrees within the jurisdiction.Students in junior middle schools directly under the Education Bureau shall be enrolled in public schools in the area under the overall arrangement of the District Education Bureau according to the academic degrees of the schools in the area.
2.Required materials:the original of the residence permit within the valid period,the original of the residence booklet of the holder of the residence permit and their accompanying children,the original of the certificate of the legal residence of the holder of the residence permit and their accompanying children,the certificate of the work and employment of the holder of the residence permit in the City,and the social insurance payment certificate of the holder of the residence permit in the City.(If the residence permit holder and the accompanying children are not in the same household register,the birth certificate and other relevant materials to prove the supporting relationship are also required.)
3.Handling methods:Handle according to the"work arrangement"according to the school category.From July 2nd to 4th,students from the district under the town Street will directly go to the school for offline examination registration according to the school\'s arrangement.From June 28 to June 30,students in junior middle schools directly under the Education Bureau will register online at the junior middle schools in their residence permit addresses through the enrollment registration system.After the Education Bureau coordinates the placement,the placement schools will notify their parents to come to the schools for offline verification.(Students who do not know how to register online or do not register online due to various special reasons can directly register in the school according to the arrangement of the school.)

Yongyang Middle School:School-age children with permanent residence in Wuqing District of Tianjin(including blue seal)or children of resident permit holders in Wuqing District of Tianjin.Tuition fee is 20,000 yuan per year.If the number of applicants exceeds the number of degree holders,a lottery is required.
Yinghua School:School-age children with permanent residence in Wuqing District of Tianjin(including blue seal)or children of resident permit holders in Wuqing District of Tianjin.If the number of applicants exceeds the number of degrees,the lottery is required,and the tuition fee is about 60,000-70,000 yuan.
Liuli School:School-age children with permanent household registration(including blue seal)in Wuqing District,Tianjin.If the number of applicants exceeds the number of degrees,a lottery is required.The tuition is 41,000 yuan per year,and the tuition for international junior middle school is 278,000 yuan.The counterpart schools are Singapore schools.If you transfer,there is room.
