For encouraging enterprises in our district to accelerate the upgrading of equipment transformation through financial leasing, improve the quality and efficiency of development, further implement, promote and support enterprises to accelerate the upgrading of equipment transformation through financial leasing. Please in accordance with the requirements to carry out the works on the second batch support of enterprises to accelerate the upgrading of equipment transformation conditions through financial leasing in 2017, according to requirements of notice on printing and issuing support enterprises to accelerate the upgrading of equipment transformation implementation plan and supporting documents through financial leasing of General Office of Tianjin Municipal People\'s Government (JZBF [2016] No. 14).
1. Conscientiously summarize the progress of enterprise financial leasing in the administrative region, and fill in the summary sheet of the second batch support of enterprises to accelerate the upgrading of equipment transformation conditions through financial leasing in 2017 (Annex 1), the print and electronic edition Annex 1 are submitted to Regional Economic Commission before October 27, 2017.
2. Actively promote declarative enterprises to prepare for application materials of Tianjin supports enterprises to accelerate the upgrading of equipment transformation special funds through financial leasing application report (example).
3. To promote enterprises enter the progress of the project into the financial leasing service platform of City Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in time according to time node.
