Planning area is 5 sq.km. and construction area is 6,000,000 square meters. It is major development of new generation of information technology, technical research and development, culture creativity, modern finance, and high-end commerce and trade. There is 300 mu of self-built international business community and 400,000 square meters of construction area. At present, phase I of 170,000 square meters has been completed and put into use, which has obtained three-star level identity authentication of green building from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MOHURD). Phase II 23 square meters is under construction and will be completed in May 2018.
Results of funds introduction: ZTE, China Merchants Shekou Holdings, CITIC Securities, Zhongnan Construction, Wuhan University and Beijing and Tianjin Institute of Science and Technology.
