Three high-quality projects, Shanghai Yuanxi Technology, Nanjing Genmedicn, and Beijing Excellence Future, have settled in with the support of the park's industrial fund, ushering in a successful start to the new year's investment promotion.
01 Shanghai Yuanxi Technology was established in 2023 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It is a professional enterprise engaged in third-party testing services for high-temperature alloy metal materials, mainly serving high-end manufacturing industries such as aerospace, additive manufacturing, new energy nuclear power, petrochemicals, high-speed rail transportation, and healthcare at home and abroad. The project is led by Uda Shangxin Fund and co invested by Haihe Fund. The plan is to relocate the company headquarters to Wuqing Development Area and build a Tianjin laboratory.
02 Nanjing Genmedicn was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Nanjing. It is an innovative gene therapy drug enterprise that focuses on the field of slow virus vector hematopoietic stem cells. The project is invested by Uda Haihe Biopharmaceutical Fund and will be funded by Genmedicn Dangkang (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary located in Wuqing Development Area, to expand its technical service business and build gene lentiviral vector factories and cell factories.
03 Beijing Excellent Future, established in 2002, is headquartered in Beijing and is one of the earliest clinical CRO enterprises established in China. It provides comprehensive and integrated drug clinical research and development services for pharmaceutical companies and research institutions worldwide. The project is invested by Uda Galaxy Fund, and plans to increase capital for its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Aidite Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. located in Wuqing Development Area, and relocate its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing excellence Tongzhou Pharmaceutical Research Institute Co., Ltd. to Wuqing Development Area to provide CRO services in the field of preclinical digital innovation pharmacy.
New investment attraction for the park in the new year
Recently, Wuqing Development Area held a work deployment meeting for 2025, focusing on researching new directions and paths for investment promotion. Capital investment has been identified as one of the important investment models for the park this year, concentrating resources and efforts to attract large and strong industries, new and excellent industries, strengthening the dual high leadership of "intelligent technology and biomedicine", promoting the supplementation of short board industries, extension of advantageous industries, upgrading of traditional industries, and construction of emerging industries, enhancing the continuity and competitiveness of industrial development.

Tianjin Uda Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Uda Industrial Investment Group") is an industrial investment and operation platform fully built by Wuqing Development Area, and can also be called the "golden key" for the park to open the door to capital investment.
Uda Industrial Investment Group has a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, mainly focusing on the development and operation of industrial parks, investment in industrial funds, equity acquisition and mergers, regional investment promotion services, and other aspects to empower high-quality development of the park. At present, 7 industrial investment funds with a scale of 3 billion yuan have been established, and 5 funds are being planned. It is expected that the scale will exceed 4 billion yuan this year, mainly focusing on investing in the leading industries and advantageous characteristic industries of the development Area. It will hold shares in multiple operating companies, including supply chain companies, talent development companies, Tianjin University Synthetic Biotechnology Platform Company, and the original Renrenle Logistics Base Project Company.
