In the digital production workshop of Yili Dairy, one automated equipment is busy running, and the "digital brain" is orderly commanding all production processes. The entire production process of Yili yogurt is digitized, visualized, and intelligently managed. The raw milk undergoes pre-processing, standardization, batching, degassing, homogenization, sterilization, addition of bacterial strains, fermentation, and cooling in sequence, and then undergoes automated filling and packaging. It is then transported to various places by refrigerated transport vehicles equipped with GPS monitoring systems, and finally reaches consumers, "said the person in charge of Tianjin Yili.
The fermentation workshop is the core responsible for production and operation. The fermentation workshop of Tianjin Yili covers an area of 5600 square meters and consists of more than 8000 valves, 127 tanks, 32 feed pumps, 7 homogenizers, and 11 bus systems, forming 4 ingredient production lines. All of them use automated control systems, and only 4 central controllers need to operate the computer to achieve a daily output of more than 600 tons.
In the filling production workshop, 25 efficient production lines and supporting equipment work closely together, and high-end intelligent equipment and systems fully realize a series of processing actions such as adding accessories, packaging production, precise pouring, product sealing, date laser printing, etc. for one package of product in a space of 1.5 cubic meters, which can be completed in only about 0.5 seconds. At the same time, the automated inspection system can accurately detect product defects and eliminate them, ensuring that only qualified products flow into the packaging process.
In the packaging workshop, the robotic arm automatic palletizing system plays a crucial role. The robotic arm can quickly and accurately stack products into designated shapes through precise programming and sensing technology. Whether in box, bag or other forms, the robotic arm can flexibly respond to ensure that every product is safely and stably stacked in the designated position, not only improving production efficiency and reducing costs, but also injecting new vitality into the sustainable development of enterprises.
The person in charge of Tianjin Yili stated, "The production line not only adopts the latest automation technology to improve efficiency and accuracy, but also deeply integrates digital means. The Internet of Things technology monitors the status of each production line in real time, and the cloud platform collects, stores, and analyzes production process data to continuously optimize production process parameters. This highly integrated intelligent manufacturing mode greatly improves product quality and production efficiency, and provides strong support for subsequent quality traceability.
In recent years, Wuqing Development Area has closely focused on the main direction of intelligent transformation, guiding enterprises to actively apply new technologies and models of intelligent manufacturing, and accelerating the transformation of new and old driving forces in the manufacturing industry.
