Recently, HUA DE ZHI HUI Energy Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HUA DE ZHI HUI") won the "Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Second Prize" for its "Research and Application of Building Energy Intelligent Predictive Control Technology for Supply and Demand Coordination Optimization" project. This project is a key step taken by HUA DE ZHI HUI in the research and development of digital building energy conservation.
The Tianjin Science and Technology Award is presented by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government and hosted by the Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau. It aims to recognize and reward units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the scientific and technological progress and economic and social development of Tianjin. The project "Research and Application of Building Energy Intelligent Predictive Control Technology for Supply and Demand Coordination Optimization" focuses on key technologies for low-cost commissioning and operation management of public buildings. This research has obtained 2 European international patent authorizations, 29 domestic invention patent authorizations, 22 utility model patents, and 51 software copyright registrations. The related achievements have been widely applied in multiple scenarios such as offices, hotels, regional heating, and industrial parks, covering provinces and cities such as Guangdong, Shanghai, and Tianjin, serving a building area of over 120 million square meters, with direct economic benefits of 2.4 billion yuan and indirect economic benefits of 180 million yuan in the past three years, and significant economic and social benefits.
The refinement and intelligent control of building energy systems is the key to reducing building operational energy consumption and carbon emissions, and is an important way for the building industry to achieve carbon neutrality goals and sustainable development. This research has achieved independent innovative technological breakthroughs in three aspects: source load prediction method coupled with artificial intelligence and intrinsic characteristics of buildings, edge modeling method and edge cloud configuration architecture technology for building energy systems, and intelligent regulation technology for building energy systems based on model predictive control. It has achieved accurate prediction, rapid configuration, and intelligent regulation of building energy systems, and improved energy efficiency in multiple scenarios.
In the future, HUA DE ZHI HUI will continue to deepen research in the subdivision of green and low-carbon industries, constantly explore new technologies and applications, and provide more perfect solutions for the green upgrading of building operations.
