The Touring Lecture on Human Resources and Social Security Policies and Regulations was Held in Wuqing Development Area
In order to solidly promote the "Ten Actions"of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for high-quality development, thoroughly implement the relevant policies of the city and district on optimizing the business environment and promoting enterprise development, and continuously improve the awareness and implementation rate of enterprises in the field of human resources and social security policies, on the afternoon of August 26th, the relevant departments of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau held a tour lecture on human resources and social security policies and regulations at the Saide Business Conference Center in Wuging Development Area, with more than 100 enterprise representatives attending.
The focus of this presentation revolves around the "Tianjin Talent Development Promotion Regulations"and the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China". It provides a detailed interpretation of policies related to talent introduction,, training, utilization, and incentives,helping enterprises to timely and comprehensively understand and apply the latest talent policies. It explained in depth several issues related to the Labor Contract Law, further enhances enterprise risk prevention awareness, improves labor management level, and assists enterprises in building healthy, orderly, mutually beneficial, harmonious,and stable labor relations.
The lecture closely integrates the promotion and interpretation of laws and policies with grassroots human resources and social security services, using practical cases handled in work as entry points, conducting in-depth analysis and detailed interpretation, and providing enterprises with a "policy package" full of practical knowledge.Next,Wuqing Development Area will be guided by the comprehensive implementation of human resources and social welfare policies that benefit enterprises and meet their needs.
