On the afternoon of August 20th, representatives from Russian companies including VOLTS Group Technology, Greennovo, Silk Road Company, and Houhua Power Group arrived at Wuqing Development Area for an inspection and exchange.
At the meeting, Fu Li, Deputy Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Wuqing District, provided a detailed introduction to the business environment of Wuqing District from aspects such as location and transportation, industrial foundation, supporting facilities, natural environment, and policy advantages. The Russian business delegation separately introduced their company developments, product features, and cooperation needs. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on potential future collaboration projects in energy storage and smart manufacturing.

As a national-level economic and technological development Area, a national high-tech industrial park, and the core area of Tianjin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Area, Wuqing Development Area promotes high-level openness and has attracted 378 high-quality foreign-funded enterprises from countries such as Russia, France, Denmark, and Korea. Sino-Russian enterprises have a solid foundation and broad prospects for international cooperation. We sincerely welcome various companies to focus their investment and cooperation efforts on Wuqing Development Area. Adhering to the principle of "Serving others is developing oneself," Wuqing Development Area will create a high-quality development environment and work together with enterprises to write a new chapter of cooperative development in the new era.
Houhua Power Group is a company specializing in the research and development and production of power systems for two-wheeled and three-wheeled vehicles, mainly providing core components such as motors for leading domestic electric vehicle brands like Yadi, Aima, and Tailing. It has established a "One Belt One Road" R&D center in Wuqing Development Area to serve the transformation of research achievements by Russian academicians in Wuqing. Simultaneously, it has set up a new operation center and a Sino-Russian trade base engaged in technology promotion and application services. "In the process of development, whether it's minor details or urgent and difficult problems, the Wuqing District Government and Wuqing Development Area have given us full support. Therefore, I am very willing to introduce more Russian enterprises to invest in Wuqing and the development Area, playing a catalytic role in friendly cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises!" said Xie Jun, Chairman of Houhua Power Group and Vice President of the Russian Overseas Chinese Business Association.
The Russian business delegation expressed that through this inspection and exchange, they truly felt the high-quality enterprise services, vigorous development vitality, and good development trend of Wuqing Development Area.
