Tianjin Yinshi Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of wire-controlled brake systems for new energy commercial and smart commercial vehicles. The backbone members of the team are from the Tsinghua University's Vehicle Dynamics and Control Laboratory, bringing together more than 10 years of research and development experience and technical precipitation in automotive chassis electronic control since 2003. They have fully mastered the entire process of forward research, design, matching, and production of core technologies such as automotive ABS/ESC, Booster, ADAS and other systems.
Zhao Xun, CEO of Yinshi Precision, is a post-90s PhD holder. Young people are never lacking in the courage to move forward, but when it comes to the development prospects of every team member and their families, the location of the company still requires careful consideration. Aiming at the core components of wire-controlled brakes, it has a mature and complete research and development system in mechanical design, controller design, and software development. The company has always adhered to an innovation implementation strategy, focusing on high-end braking products for step-by-step industrialization. Currently, it has achieved bulk supply cooperation with multiple mainstream vehicle companies. In 2022 and 2023, the company's revenue exceeded 10 million yuan each year; in 2024, the estimated revenue could reach 50 million yuan.
The company also has a complete manufacturing system, including supplier management system, quality management system, environmental management system, occupational safety and health management system, etc. It has passed IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality system certification, and can complete autonomous processing of key components, automated assembly of product assemblies, process data tracing, incoming material inspection, process inspection, and outbound performance testing to ensure that the first-time qualification rate of product production reaches the industry-leading level. In long-term research and development practices, the team has gradually won multiple awards such as the First Prize of China Automobile Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, the Bronze Award of the National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the Second Prize of the Postdoctoral Group of Haihe Talents Entrepreneurship Competition, and the Title of Tianjin Chick Enterprise.
