On the morning of May 6th at 8:30, on the first working day after the May Day holiday, the Wuqing Development Area held a meeting of all cadres. The meeting lasted for half a day, comprehensively summarizing the progress of key work from January to April, analyzing the development situation, identifying shortcomings and making up for weaknesses, focusing on improving quality, focusing on projects, and increasing benefits, actively seeking new, hard, and practical solutions, and making every effort to ensure that "half the time and more than half the task" are exceeded.
At the meeting, members of the park's leadership team comprehensively summarized and reported on the work from January to April through a PPT format, analyzing and addressing issues, proposing target measures, and deploying key work for the second quarter in detail. Leaders from various departments and holding companies provided supplementary reports on the main work progress and work plans, and made statements.
Since the beginning of this year, Wuqing Development Area has been closely following its goals and tasks, striving to start and take the initiative to create a new picture of high-quality development. In the first quarter, a total of 125000 square meters of inefficient land and idle factories were revitalized. 86 high-quality projects were introduced, with a total investment of 950 million yuan, completing 27% of the annual target. Completed a general budget revenue of 581 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.31%; The total output value of industrial enterprises above designated size was 12.331 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.24%; Fixed assets investment was 2.313 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 16.17%... Asset revitalization, investment attraction and economic operation all achieved a "good start". The construction of party building, enterprise services, ecological and environmental protection, and safety production have been solidly promoted, forming distinctive highlights.
The second quarter is a crucial period for promoting, implementing, and breaking through throughout the year. The meeting emphasized the need to deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on inspecting Tianjin, focus on the important requirements of "four good practices and good achievements", revolve around the "ten actions" to promote high-quality development in the city and the "3+1+1" work ideas of the district committee, take the construction of the Beijing Tianjin Industrial New City as the driving force, continue to promote scientific and technological innovation, industrial rejuvenation, and urban renewal, further activate existing resources, cultivate increment, improve quality, accelerate the development of new productive forces, and effectively enhance economic vitality.
