On the afternoon of January 22nd, the Wuqing Development Area and Niebuhr Group held a signing ceremony for the Niebuhr Gears Production Base project at the district administrative center.
Niebuhr Group was founded in 1972, headquartered in Ikester, Denmark. It is a world leading manufacturer of wind turbine yaw gears and a major global supplier to Siemens, Gamesa, and Vestas. We have highly automated precision production equipment and a professional and efficient production team, providing personalized design, production, and consulting services for supporting equipment for the global mechanical industry. In 2009, Niebuhr Group invested in and established Niebuhr Gears (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. in Wuqing Development Area, renting the factory building at No. 15 on the west side of Hechang Road in Wuqing Development Area to engage in the research and development, production, and sales of wind turbine gears.
Based on stable business growth and good market expectations, Niebuhr Group plans to increase investment in the Wuqing Development Area, upgrade and renovate the existing site, and expand the lease of 2500 square meters of factory buildings to build a production base, further expanding production.
Since January this year, key projects have been signed, marking the beginning of the new year's investment promotion work in Wuqing Development Area. Next, the park will continue to strengthen project reserves and attract investment, targeting international and domestic industry leaders, hidden champions, and industry chain related enterprises. In traditional investment models such as commercial investment and platform investment, the park will innovate new models such as industry chain investment, fund investment, capital investment, and "enclave" investment.
