The progress of the construction of key projects in the Area
Canaan Biomedical Equipment Manufacturing Center is invested by Canaan(Tianjin)Technology Co.,Ltd,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Canaan Science and Technology Co.,with a total investment of 240 million yuan,covering an area of 60 acres,and a total area of structure of 50,000 square meters.It is planned to build a biomedical equipment R&D and manufacturing base,consisting of six functional modules:simulation design,digital workshop,automated warehousing and logistics,product lifecycle management,product intelligent service platform,and product application demonstration.
TBEA,take the wholly-owned subsidiary of TBEA technology and investment CO.Ltd.as the main body,invested the TBEA\'s"Intelligent Industrial Park"project in Wuqing Development Area.After completion,it will provide high-end scientific and technological talents with a good R&D and work environment.
Gestamp and BHAP make a joint venture establishment on two companies in Wuqing Development Area:Gestamp automobile assembly(Tianjin)Co.Ltd.and Gestamp automobile assembly(Tianjin)sales Co.Ltd.,mainly produces auto body,chassis parts,floor,roof and A and B pillars.60%of its products are supplied for A-Class,B-Class,New E-Class and GLK of Mercedes-Benz in Beijing,as well as Beijing Hyundai,Beiqi Foton,Tianjin Volkswagen,Tianjin Toyota,Great Wall Motor and Chang\'an Motor.60%of its products are exclusively supplied to Beijing Mercedes-Benz A-Class,B-Class,the new E-Class and GLK,and at the same time radiate to Beijing Hyundai,Beiqi Foton,Tianjin FAW-Volkswagen,Tianjin Toyota,Great Wall Motors,Chang\'an Automobile,etc.,reaching 50%of global market share.
Magna Automotive Components(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.is an important branch of Magna Group in Wuqing,which is a Fortune 500 company,engaging in the research and development,testing and manufacturing of automobile body,chassis and other automotive systems,as well as key components for new energy vehicles.The project covers an area of 130 acres,with a building area of 47,000 square meters,and the production workshop,laboratory,office building and plant supporting facilities as the main construction contents.After completion,it will provide key automotive parts services for Mercedes-Benz,new energy OEMs and other customers.
Traffic Control Technology Equipment Co.Ltd.is a 100%subsidiary of Traffic Control Technology Co.,Ltd.,listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,and the industrialization base of National Engineering Research Center of Railway Operation Control System in Tianjin.The intelligent factory of the project-"Traffic Control Technology Tianjin Hi-Tech Industrial Base"has been put into production on a large scale,and has the ability of flexible manufacturing,forming a total solution for the needs of the industry.After the completion of the second phase of the project,it will be based on the rail transportation operation system and other key technology and equipment,so to build the platform on intelligent research and development of rail transportation,intelligent maintenance,testing and verification,pilot,training and other rail transportation intelligent innovation platform.
Tieke Huatie Jingwei(Tianjin)Information Technology Co.Ltd.was invested by China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co.Ltd.,in Wuqing Development Area,covering an area of 157 acres,with a building area of 119,000 square meters,engaging in the research and development of rail transportation communication and signaling equipment and infrastructure equipment.At present,the first phase of the project has been operated,and after the second phase completion and operation,it can realize an annual output of 26,085 sets of railroad special equipment.
Holiland invested Holiland(Tianjin)Food Technology Co.,Ltd.in Wuqing Development Area,covering an area of 53,661 square meters,with a total construction area of 80,859 square meters,and is committed to building a first-class large-scale modernized food industrial park in China,and strives to become a new benchmark in the food processing industry.After putting into production,the production capacity can reach an annual output of 5,000 tons of pastries and 5,000 tons of bread,to mainly provide product supply for Holiland directly-managed stores in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Aokangda(Tianjin)Lucxury Car Mall is a self-built customized famous car complex built by brand Aokangda,recognized by the Guinness Book of Records,which is adjacent to V1 Auto World,with a total construction area of 130,000 square meters and a 4-story three-dimensional exhibition hall.After completion,it will become the largest second-hand car trading landmark in Northern China,which can radiate the automobile market in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and even the whole North of China,and create a comprehensive automobile theme park of international first-class standard.
Tieke Jinhua Technology Co.Ltd.is a production and R&D base funded by China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co.Ltd.The project covers an area of 30.2 acre,with a total construction area of 16,000 square meters,whose main business is railway-related electromechanical and wagon products.
