According to information,in the“Interim Measures for the Management of High-Quality Small and Medium Enterprises Gradient Cultivation”issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People\'s Republic of China,it is clearly stated that high-quality small and medium enterprises(referring to small and medium-sized enterprises that are highly innovative in terms of products,technologies,management and models,focusing on niche markets and having good growth potential)are composed with three levels:innovative SMEs,special and sophisticated SMEs and special and sophisticated"small giants"enterprise.Only if an enterprise is evaluated as an innovative SME,can it continue to declare a municipal special and sophisticated SMEs.And only if it is recognized as a municipal special and sophisticated SMEs,can it continue to declare a special and sophisticated"small giant"enterprise on the national level.
Up to now,the Area has identified 34 special and sophisticated SMEs,3 special and sophisticated and"small giants"enterprises,8 innovative SMEs,initially forming a gradient cultivation pattern of special and sophisticated enterprises.In the next step,Wuqing Development Area will vigorously create a favorable environment for enterprise development,strengthen the protection of resources and elements,enhance the effectiveness of accurate services,promote innovation,improve services,policy support,financing support,etc.,layer and categorize the focus on cultivating new groups of special and sophisticated enterprises,strive to build a new pattern of high-quality gradient cultivation of enterprises and to promote the high-quality development of the Area.
