Wuqing Development Zone: Providing “Zero-distance” Services to Enterprises, Unleashing the Attraction of Entrepreneurship!
“Service to others is self-development” is the philosophy that Wuqing Development Zone has always upheld. Since the beginning of this year, the park has continuously improved the quality of enterprise services, enhanced government services, improved the platform for enterprise communication services, and continuously enhanced the reputation of providing high-quality services. In order to promote the successful completion and production of the Holiland project and help the company attract talents and expertise, on May 16th, the park held an enterprise service event that integrated symposiums, policy interpretations, and visits, providing face-to-face interaction and "zero-distance" services to meet the demands of enterprises.
During the symposium, Wei Jiandong, the Deputy General Manager of Wuqing Development Zone, welcomed the arrival of the Holiland project inspection team. He stated that Wuqing Development Zone is a national-level economic and technological development zone, a national-level high-tech industrial park, and a Tianjin national independent innovation demonstration zone. It is located in the connecting area between Beijing and Tianjin, an important node on the Beijing-Tianjin development axis, and an important part of the central core functional area. Currently, the park is focused on promoting high-quality development and is closely following the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government\'s “Ten Action Plans” and the District Party Committee’s “3+1+1” work approach, striving to build an “open, collaborative, innovative hub and a low-carbon, intelligent, and happy city.” The park will focus on the key, difficult, and obstructive issues of enterprise development, provide sincere and excellent services, and assist enterprises in achieving sustained and healthy development, while jointly promoting the high-quality development of the economy.
Officials from Wuqing Development Zone provided a detailed introduction to the development of the park in terms of location and transportation, ecological environment, industrial foundation, policy advantages, and supporting services. They also provided a detailed interpretation of Tianjin\'s settlement policies. Regarding the issue of enrollment for employees\' children in schools, the park specially invited officials from the Education Bureau of Wuqing District to provide on-site office services, systematically introducing the educational resources in Wuqing District, explaining the conditions and procedures for enrolling employees\' children in schools, and answering specific questions raised by the delegation.
After the meeting, the delegation visited various locations, including Wanda Plaza, Entrepreneurship Headquarters Base, Cultural Park, Yinghua Experimental School, Wuqing Theatre, Wuqing Library, CREATIVO, Florentia Village, V1 Auto World, Yangcun No.1 Middle School, commercial properties, and the international enterprise community.
Holiland, which originated in 1992, was one of the earliest domestic baking companies to implement a chain store model. After more than 30 years of development, it has become a leading domestic baking industry enterprise with thousands of direct chain stores, tens of thousands of employees, and seven large-scale modern food industrial parks. As early as 2017, Holiland established a friendly cooperative relationship with Wuqing Development Zone and invested 250 million yuan to build its northern production base and national procurement center in the park. In May 2021, Holiland’s largest production and processing factory started construction in the park, and after completion, it will achieve an annual output of 5,000 tons of pastries and 5,000 tons of bread, becoming a leading large-scale modern food industrial park in China.
“At present, the project is about to be completed and put into operation. The exchange activity organized by the park has allowed employee representatives to personally experience the development environment and supporting services of the park. The policy interpretation also provided timely answers to our questions and difficulties. The park understands the needs and urgency of enterprises and provides sincere, thoughtful, and warm pre-service, which has provided solid support for the smooth operation and production of the project, greatly enhancing our confidence in development here!” said the person in charge of the Holiland project.
In the next step, Wuqing Development Zone will aim to meet the needs of the project, carefully sort out the issues raised by enterprises, operate the “online + offline” service platform efficiently, and provide continuous follow-up services. At the same time, it will fully leverage the role of park business associations, human resources associations, and other platforms to organize activities such as salon forums and business matchmaking, connecting characteristic enterprises in the same industry to achieve “internal circulation” of supply and demand in the park, and create a first-class business environment that is close to, values, and loves enterprises.
