From February 19 to 24, the Wuqing delegation went to Hong Kong and Guangzhou and Shenzhen to carry out investment activities.
With the theme of “Cooperation to start a new chapter and win the future”, the Tianjin (Hong Kong) Investment Environment Promotion Conference, sponsored by the Tianjin Municipal People\'s Government, witnessed Wuqing Development Zone signed a cooperation agreement with Man Wah Holdings Limited and CRECT Group, with a total investment of 300 million US dollars.
Man Wah Holdings Limited is a leader in innovation in the global home industry, specializing in the production, R&D and intelligence of sofas, mattresses, panel furniture and furniture accessories.
In 2022, the turnover of Man Wah factory in Wuqing is 1.267 billion yuan and the comprehensive tax is 57.87 million yuan. In the near future it tends to expand investment in Wuqing Development Zone, increase capital to build a new factory, while planning to buy a commercial land to build stores.
CRECT GROUP is a platform for the development and operation of industrial & logistics parks in China, which is jointly established and invested by MINISO GROUP, CHANG ZHENG GROUP and HANBON GROUP.
It plans to set the North New retail headquarters in Wuqing Development Zone, aiming to build a new retail industry base integrating big data application analysis, R&D, manufacturing, retail display, headquarters economy, centralized purchasing center, distribution and settlement.
It is the first large-scale investment environment promotion conference held by Tianjin in Hong Kong in recent years, and it is also one of the first large-scale promotion activities held by mainland provinces and cities in Hong Kong since the full resumption of customs clearance between Hong Kong and the mainland this year.
Nearly 300 guests from the Hong Kong business community attended the event.

Ruian Group invested the Winidu commercial complex project in Wuqing. This time, the Group and the Wuqing delegation discussed the Winidu revitalization plan, and studied the possibility of the Group investing in the construction of landmark commercial projects in Wuqing. Wuqing Development Zone will fully assist the Winidu project to increase the leasing rate and promote the prosperity of business.
Weimeizi Group is a well-known oral care company integrating research and development, production and sales, invests "Saky" and "SakyKids", providing one-stop oral care services.
At present, Weimeizi\'s e-commerce platform has settled in Wuqing Development Zone, and will continue to expand traditional e-commerce and new retail and other online businesses to build a vital e-commerce business center.
