Magna Project
Magna Automobile Parts(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.located in Wuqing is an important branch of Magna International Inc,a Fortune 500 company.It is specialized in the research and development,testing and manufacturing of transmission systems such as body and chassis parts,as well as key components of new energy vehicles.The project covers an area of130 mu,with a construction area of47,000 square meters.The main construction includes production workshops,laboratories,office buildings and supporting facilities in the factory area.Currently,the project is under pile foundation construction.Upon full completion,it will provide key auto parts services to customers such as Mercedes-Benz and new energy OEMs.
Huatie Jingwei Project Phase II
Tieke Huatie Jingwei(Tianjin)Information Technology Co.,Ltd.is invested and established by China Academy of Railway Sciences Co.,Ltd.in Wuqing Development Area,covering an area of157 mu and a construction area of119,000 square meters.It is engaged in rail transportation R&D and manufacturing of the communication signal equipment and basic equipment.At present,the first phase of the Huatie Jingwei Project has been put into operation,and the second phase is under main body decoration.Upon putting into operation,it can achieve an annual output of 26,085 sets of special railway equipment.
Tieke Jinhua Project
Tieke Jinhua Technology Co.,Ltd.is a production and development base funded by China Academy of Railway Sciences Co.,Ltd.The project covers an area of30.2 mu,with a total construction area of16,000 square meters.The main business is railway-related electromechanical products and freight cars.At present,the main body decoration of the project has been completed,and the factory area and equipment installation are in progress.
Traffic Control Equipment Industrial Base
Traffic Control Technology Equipment Co.,Ltd.is a 100%holding subsidiary of Traffic Control Technology Co.,Ltd.,which is listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.It is the Tianjin Industrialization Base of the National Engineering Research Center of Rail Transit Operation Control System.At present,the project–"Tianjin High-tech Industrial Base of Traffic Control Technology"smart factory-has been put into large-scale production,and has flexible manufacturing capabilities,providing overall solutions to meet the needs of the industry.The phase II construction is under way.After completion,based on key technologies and equipment such as rail transit operation systems,it will build an intelligent innovation platform to boost the intelligent research and development,intelligent maintenance,verification,pilot trials and training.
Gestamp Expansion Project
Gestamp and Hainachuan jointly established two joint ventures in Wuqing Development Area:Gestamp Auto Components(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.and Gestamp Auto Components Sales(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.,mainly producing auto bodies,chassis components,floors,ceilings and A&B pillars.60%of its products are exclusively for Beijing Benz A-class,B-class,new E-class and GLK,and at the same time for Beijing Hyundai,Beiqi Foton,Tianjin FAW-Volkswagen,Tianjin Toyota,Great Wall Motor,Chang’an Automobile,etc.,accounting for 50%of the global market share.Currently,the main body and secondary structures of Gestamp expansion project are under construction.
V1 Auto World Project
The V1 Auto World project is invested and constructed by Wittur Group,covering an area of975 mu,with a total planned construction area of600,000 square meters.It consists of an international G2 race track,a high-end used car trading center,auto business and auto derivative business.It is a commercial complex integrating racing,sports,auto services and fashionable life experience in the Florentia Village business district.At present,the V1 Auto World Aukangda project is under main decoration,and the Liangchehui project is expected to complete the landscape work in March.
Wuqing Laser Gyro Industrial Manufacturing Base
Beijing Aerospace Times Laser Navigation Technology Co.,Ltd.is the earliest,most widely used and most influential laser inertial navigation product development and production unit in China.It is the first to break through A number of"stuck neck"key technologies in the field of the laser gyro and laser inertial navigation system,providing strong support for China\'s laser gyro development and production to rank among the top in the world.The company invested in the establishment of"Laser Gyro Industrial Manufacturing Base"in Wuqing Development Area,covering an area ofabout 38 mu,with a construction area of16350.47 square meters.At present,the project has entered the equipment installation stage.
Holiland Project
Holiland is a large-scale food franchise chain group in China.Now it has developed into a leading enterprise in the domestic baking industry that produces and markets cakes,bread,pastries,desserts,coffee and other products.In more than 80 large and medium-sized cities across the country,it has thousands of directly operated chain stores and 7 large modern food industrial parks.Holiland(Tianjin)Food Technology Co.,Ltd.,located in Wuqing Development Area,covers an area of53,661 square meters,with a total construction area of80,859 square meters.It is committed to building a first-class large-scale modern food industrial park in China and strives to become a new benchmark in the food processing industry.Currently,the project is under equipment installation.When being put into operation,the production capacity can reach an annual output of 5,000 tons of pastries and 5,000 tons of bread,mainly for Holiland\'s directly-operated stores in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
