UDA again rises to the rankings of the national biomedical industrial parks top 100 list!
Recently,CCID Consulting,a direct institution of the China Electronics Information Industry Development Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,released the national"2022 Top 100 Biomedical Industrial Parks",and UDA(Wuqing Development Area)was on the list,ranking 48th.This is the third year that CCID Consulting has released the list,and UDA has been on the list for three consecutive years.
The list takes 168 national-level high-tech zones and 230 national-level economic development zones as of 2021 as research objects,and comprehensively evaluates from six dimensions and 20 indicators of"R&D innovation,leading effect,spatial intensification,digital projects,life index,and social concern",and finally forms the top 100 list.
The biomedical industry is one of the three leading industries in UDA.In terms of biomedical industry layout,UDA relies on the existing innovation carrier platforms such as the International Health Industry Technology Research Institute,the International Health Industrial Park and the National Synthetic Biology Industry Base,and strives to create a good industrial ecology with accelerated accumulation of resource elements,forming an industrial cluster focusing on drugs,medical devices,precision medicine,medical big data,synthetic biology,etc.Up to now,more than 230 biomedical enterprises have been introduced.
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that We must regard science and technology as our primary productive force,talent as our primary resource,and innovation as our primary driver of growth.We will fully implement the strategy for invigorating China through science and education,the workforce development strategy,and the innovation-driven development strategy.We will open up new areas and new arenas in development and steadily foster new growth drivers and new strengths.
